ISIDA – workplace of happy people
For 25 years of existence, ISIDA has become the second home for many of our employees. Here they not only work and develop professionally, but also find real friends and even give birth to their own children. Anna Shtokalova, head of the department for working with foreign clients and counterparts, shared her story about work and life in the ISIDA clinic:
«I came to the ISIDA team right after graduation, so we are together for 9 years. First, I worked as an assistant of general director, then gained the position of quality manager. Today I am a head of the international department - I coordinate cooperation with foreign patients and agents. Frankly speaking, I never thought about changing my job, I am a fan of my business. When I see happy faces of parents who hold a newborn baby in their arms, I realize that everything I do is right. Over the years, ISIDA has become for me not only a place of professional development, a company that I want to continue to grow with, but also a second home. Here I found people who have become an integral part of my life – our families are very friendly. Moreover, ISIDA is a place where dreams come true: my son was born here. When I found out that I was pregnant, there was no question, who I would trust with my most valuable treasure. I knew for sure - I would give birth in the walls of my own clinic!»
As the head of service department, Anna knows how it is important for ISIDA clients to receive an individual approach and quality service. Every year more than 1500 foreign patients wishing to become parents address us. That is why the International Patients Service Department occupies a special position in our clinic.
For the most comfortable program flow in the clinic, the patient will be accompanied by a personal manager who will provide assistance in organizing all medical visits, processing documents, as well as with many other organizational difficulties during the patient's stay in Ukraine (providing help with arrangement of a meeting at the airport, selection of the hotel, organization of transfers around the city and leisure activities). The managers of our Department speak English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Polish and Chinese languages that allows us to work comfortably with patients from all over the world.
