Needed indications for surrogacy in Ukraine

The Ukrainian surrogacy program can be applied if the patient has indications for surrogacy, that is, medical confirmation of one of the following diagnoses:

• absence of the uterus
• deformation of the cavity or cervix
• diseases during which pregnancy and childbirth can threaten a woman's life
• 4 or more failed IVF attempts
• structural and morphological or anatomical changes in the endometrium of the uterus
• complex somatic disease
  
• The medical confirmation should be translated into Ukrainian and attached to all documents
