Obstetrician-gynecologist Elena Mukhina answered the most burning questions at the conference “I will be a mother!”
Like everything else in our life, motherhood has two sides of the same coin. With this purpose on October 27, an infusive conference “I will be a mother!” was held in Kyiv, where leading obstetricians, pediatricians, general practitioners, fitness trainers, time management specialists for young mothers, breastfeeding counselors answered the most burning questions from expectant mothers. The participants were particularly interested in the presentation by the head of ISIDA Pechersk department, obstetrician-gynecologist Elena Mukhina.
Dr. Mukhina vividly explained why pregnancy is an excellent period in the life of every woman, and why there is no need to abandon your intimate life if the pregnancy proceeds without complications. After all, sex is an excellent source of positive emotions; it stabilizes hormones and “trains” intimate muscles for the upcoming birth:
