After decades of leading Austria's largest obstetrical clinic and the largest children's wish institute in Austria's hospitals, I set up a new IVF institute in WELS in 2014 in the Competence Center Health St. Stephan.

Our treatment principle is to tailor one of the treatment methods specifically to you and your needs. This can be a simple, mild hormone therapy. In other cases, e.g. in the case of glued fallopian tubes, artificial fertilization (in vitro fertilization/IVF) should be considered. In this case, in the presence of favorable conditions, pregnancy can already be achieved during the first attempt by means of the transfer of a maximum of 2 embryos.

In difficult cases (patient over 40 years of age, several failed experiments in the pre-cycles) there are new techniques in the field of genetics (pre-implantation diagnosis, etc.) as well as the possibility of egg donation. This makes it possible to achieve pregnancy despite challenging medical preconditions.

On this website we will gladly give you the first information you want as a couple if it does not work out with the implementation of the desire for children or if you wonder how it stands about your fertility.

The first interview regarding your request takes place in our institute and takes about one hour. This discussion will discuss possible causes. If no reliable cause has been established so far, all further steps of medical clarification and diagnostics are possible here.
