Our striving and our work always focuses on the childless pair, with their own personal past, their wishes, fears and hopes. The satisfaction of our patients, as well as the individually determined and successful treatments are top priority for us.

Professionalism requires training

Through security of high medical standards and through optimum personal and psychological support, we want to take the leading position in reproductive medicine in all Germany. In order to secure this we had obliged ourselves to constant self-control. In order to secure excellent quality of our medical services, we always base our therapeutic means on the newest and scientifically proven concepts.

Our doctors are members of decision-making bodies throughout Germany. Prof. Dr. Kentenich is, among others, member of the scientific advisory board of the Bundesärztekammer (German Medical Association) and of the editorial board of the journals 'Human Reproduction', 'Journal für Reproduktionsmedizin und Endokrinologie' (Journal for reproductive medicine and endocrinology' and 'Gynäkologische Endokrinologie' (Gynaecological endocrinology). Dr Tandler-Schneider is a member of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), active member of the board at the Bundesverbandes Reproduktionsmedizinischer Zentren Deutschlands e.V. (BRZ)(Federal Society of Reproductive Medicine Centres of Germany) and member of curatorship of the German IVF-Register.

The team of doctors of Fertility Center Berlin, biologists, medical-technical laboratory assistants as well as medical specialists and doctors' assistants regularly participate in national and international education seminars.

We are in constant active dialogue with the pairs under our care, in order to be able to adapt our actions quickly to their wishes and requirements. It is our goal to be able to create a relationship of trust between the doctor and the patient through competent provision of knowledge. Patients' suggestions and complaints are taken by us very seriously, as they are important hints for our process of improvement.

Through annual questionnaires of assigning colleagues we are also able to determine their expectations and satisfaction. Our organisational head, Mrs Sabine Bohn, cultivates personal contacts through regular personal visits of the facilities, and is always available if anyone has wishes or questions.

Fertility Center Berlin is different from other fertility treatment centres in Berlin through its psychosomatic focus and the special location on the hospital grounds of the German Red Cross hospital in the district of Westend, with connections to intensive care facilities, the central laboratory, central sterilisation units and the women's hospital of the complex of the German Red Cross hospitals of Westend, with which we closely cooperate.
