Over the years, we have been reassured that the most important thing in dealing with people, patients, especially fertility patients, is trust and empathy. The couples must be taken seriously, treated individually and, of course, as successfully as possible.
A certain standard of diagnostics and therapy is important, but you also have to be willing to think outside the box.
Every person is different, has different diagnoses, different wishes, a different age ....

One of our specialties is the diagnosis of so-called "implantation failure". For about 9 years now, we have been conducting the ERA test (Endometrial Receptivity Array) in collaboration with Spanish colleagues. Ultimately, this test makes it possible to find the perfect time for the embryo transfer based on the "genetic signature" of the endometrium. The result is personalized embryo transfer (pET). Even for  "difficult case"   pregnancy rates are the as high as in the same age group.

Other tests performed are: hydrosonografy, tubal patency test by ultrasound, plasma cell biopsy, "EMMA" and "ALICE".
