Any Surrogacy program is available only for the married couples having the Marriage Certificate. According to Ukrainian legislation, the Surrogacy cycle cannot be initiated for the singles as well as for same–sex couples (gay couples and lesbian couples), transgender couples even if they are married and have the Marriage Certificate.
