  • *The intended mother’s Anti–Müllerian Hormone concentrations (AMH is the hormone that indicates the ‘balance’ of the ovarian reserve: low, normal or high) should be above 1 (1–4 ng/ml Anti–Müllerian Hormone concentrations). And she should have at least 6–8 Antral Follicles.
  • One–month babysitting (8–hour per day) is included.
  • Accommodation for the intended parents while waiting for the newborn’s registration is included.


And Gold (Unlimited) Guaranteed Surrogacy with Egg Donation package includes all listed services above plus services listed for the Silver Guaranteed Surrogacy with Egg Donation package and extra services exclusively for the ‘Gold’ package: 

  • At least 10 days staying in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) if the baby has been born prematurely.
  • All miscarriage fees are covered by the Georgian IVF clinic/Surrogacy Agency. The gestational carrier will receive the compensation and the new IVF cycle will be started again and again.
  • All items needed for the newborn while the couple is waiting for the baby’s registration maximum for 3 months’ period.


More detailed information about fees that are covered by the Guaranteed Surrogacy final fee is more extensive than for the basic Surrogacy with Egg Donation package. 

Agency fee for providing the Georgian egg donor’s selection, the Georgian surrogate mother’s selection and matching services, the management of the oocyte’s donor Ovarian Stimulation cycle, the management of the Gestational Carrier’s pregnancy, the assistance with issuing the Embryo Transfer Certificate and the birth certificate plus all documents needed for the Embassy. Agency service fee includes the assistance during the couple’s staying in Georgia and after the newborn has been born until the couple returns home with the baby or even twins!

Notary fee for preparing the Surrogacy contract between the intended parents and the Georgian Gestational Carrier that is used for issuing the baby’s birth certificate. Unlimited new Surrogacy contracts if the previous trial resulted in not viable pregnancy or miscarriage. Every time the Notary drafts and issues the new Surrogacy contract. The Notary fee is covered by the IVF clinic or Surrogacy Agency every time.

Unlimited Gestational Carrier’s Diagnostic Testing and Screening including all blood tests, hormonal tests, and the other Screening procedures necessary for Surrogacy:

Blood Screening Tests for the Gestational Carrier may include the following:

  • If necessary: Stress Test (EKG).

  • Unlimited oocyte donor’s Diagnostic Testing and Screening. Surrogacy with Egg Donation packages’ basic fee usually covers the Screening Tests for the Georgian egg donor. If the basic fee doesn’t cover the Diagnostic Testing for the traveling egg donor. A new Screening Bundle with a traveling egg donor fee can be ‘configured’ with Surrogacy. These Bundles are available to be purchased by the couple in the IVF clinic or Surrogacy Agency.


The Diagnostic Tests for the egg donor may include:

  • Unlimited IVF with ICSI/IMSI including Oocyte Retrieval and collection, ICSI or IMSI fertilization, Embryo Culture, Embryo Selection, Embryo Transfer to the surrogate mother’s uterus, remaining embryo cohort’s Vitrification and Storage up to 12 months.
  • ***PGS (Preimplantation Genetic Screening for 6, 8, 12, or 24 chromosomes ‘configuration) package can be synchronized with the basic Surrogacy Bundle’s fee and may cover Screening up to 6 or 8 embryos (blastocyst stage). Every additional screened embryo may be charged an extra fee. If there is no PGS in the Surrogacy package, the intended parents may purchase the PGS Bundle. The cost starts at 3 500 USD. This fee covers Screening up to 8 embryos. Every extra embryo biopsy will cost the couple 350 USD—400 USD.
  • ***PGD (Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis) for the single gene disorder package can be synchronized with the basic Surrogacy Bundle’s fee and may cover Screening up to 6 or 8 embryos (blastocyst stage). Every additional screened embryo may be charged an extra fee. If there is no PGD in the Surrogacy package, the intended parents may purchase the PGD Bundle. The cost starts at 3 500 USD. This fee covers Screening up to 8 embryos. Every extra embryo biopsy will cost the couple 350 USD—400 USD.
  • Gestational Carrier’s fee for the Embryo Transfer is covered unlimitedly (every time the Embryo Transfer is performed).
  • Surrogate mother’s monthly fee is covered unlimitedly (every time the new trial is designed, the Georgian Gestational Carrier receives the monthly fee).
  • An unlimited pregnancy care fee covers consultations, medication, and pregnancy monitoring.
  • An unlimited maternity hospital fee covers the natural delivery, medication, surrogate mother’s care, and newborn’s care for 4 or 5 days in the maternity hospital.
  • Gestational Carrier’s final compensation fee.


Extra options that can be included in the basic package and can be covered by the basic fee:

  • Assisted Hatching (AH for the embryos),
  • Sperm Vitrification (Sperm Freezing).
