Your hormonal endometrial prep. Protocol will be implemented in a remote mode. Your VittoriaVita Fertility Pro can coordinate your local Fertility Pro or OB–GYN for the management and monitoring of your prep. cycle.

• For increasing the chances of successful embryo implantation after the Embryo Transfer, you will undergo medicated endometrium preparation for 14 days, starting from the Day 2 of your menstrual cycle. The medication is essential for the better growth of the uterine lining (endometrium).
• On day 12–14 of your menstrual cycle, you should have an ultrasound scan for measuring the thickness of the endometrium with your local Fertility Pro or OB–GYN. The ultrasound scan’s results should be sent to VittoriaVita via email.

The Dual prep. Protocol empowerment: Controlled Ovarian Stimulation Protocol and endometrium prep. Protocol. 

• While you are undergoing the endometrial prep. cycle, the egg donor undergoes the Controlled Ovarian Stimulation cycle. 
• Prep. and empowerment of the donor’s medicated Controlled Ovarian Stimulation (COS) Protocol using the hormones (Follicle–Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and, sometimes, Luteinizing Hormone (LH).
• Clinical management and monitoring of the donor’s hormonal COS Protocol (blood tests and lab. screening tests).

VittoriaVita second visit: 5–8 days. Oocyte Retrieval, Oocyte Collection, and prep. for being used in ICSI–, IMSI– or PICSI–Embryo Generation, ICSI–, IMSI– or PICSI–Embryo Generation using the donor’s oocytes and the partner’s sperm, PGD, Embryo Transfer, and early pregnancy tests.

• Medicated prep. of the donor to the oocyte pick–up (selecting the anesthetic, if any tests are essential for selecting anesthesia, like allergic tests they will be done).
• Ultrasound–guided Oocyte Retrieval mini–invasive surgery under anesthesia plus the donor’s compensation + prep. and empowerment of the recipient’s medicated (hormonal) endometrial preparation Protocol.
• The partner’s Sperm Collection and prep. for being used in ICSI, IMSI, or PICSI. 
• If Sperm Collection cannot be done in a routine way (the partner suffers from infectious diseases or takes medication that breakdown sperm cells, suffers from obstruction of the sperm channels, or congenital malformation in the sperm canal, has no sperm output because of the genetic or hormonal conditions, and other conditions), the Fertility Pro can recommend TESA Sperm Retrieval. 
• ICSI, IMSI, PICSI using the partner’s fresh sperm and the donor’s fresh oocytes. 
• Prolonged Embryo Cultivation until the blastocyst stage (120 hours) and embryo development monitoring in EmbryoScope.
• Empowerment of the PGD Screening Protocol for completing the baby Gender Selection and screening 5 chromosomes (PGD–5) or all 24 chromosomes (PGD–24).

In 14 days after Embryo Transfer, the woman undergoes an HCG blood test (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin). The high levels of this hormone detected in the blood sample indicate that the pregnancy is in progress. If the result is positive, in one week the ultrasound scan is scheduled and done to confirm the viable pregnancy (embryonic heart activity should be detected). 

Pregnancy monitoring:
