• Pre–cycle Diagnostic Screenings for the patient/couple (female pre–cycle Diagnostic Screening pack and male pre–cycle Diagnostic Screening pack are purchased as extra packs). Every pre–cycle Diagnostic Screening pack is configured for every patient/couple according to the specific situation. The configurations can be ‘doubled–down’ (if dual screenings or tests should be done to confirm or validate the diagnosis), ‘attached’ (if the Fertility Pro recommends undergoing an extra screening) or ‘detached’ (if there is no necessity to do the screening test). Thus, the approximate pre–cycle’s screening Bundle’s cost cannot be estimated. 
• Pre–cycle diagnostic blood tests — the approximate costs of the Pre–cycle diagnostic blood tests’ female and male bundles cannot be estimated as the list of the blood test varies from the patient to the patient and the couple to the couple. • Fallopian tube patency test — HyCoSy (Hysterosalpingo Contrast Sonography) — the cost is available on the patient’s or couple’s demand.
• The Panel of Blood Day 3 — the cost is available on the patient’s or couple’s demand.
• Sperm Mucus Interaction test — the cost is available on the patient’s or couple’s demand.
• Sperm donor’s selection from the clinic’s sperm donors’ database (every new cycle the new sperm donor can be selected).
• Diagnostic Screening tests for the sperm donor that are necessary for the Sperm Donation cycle (sperm analysis, blood tests).

The second IUI trial with the donor’s sperm can be empowered on the patient’s or couple’s demand.
