• Post–diagnostic consultation with the Fertility Pro concerning the results obtained during pre–cycle Diagnostic Screening, and egg donor selection (if the egg donor hasn’t been chosen with Personal IVF Coordinator IVF, Case Manager or Personal IVF Manager.
• Pre–cycle Diagnostic Screening Protocol empowered for the egg donor (all necessary Diagnostic Screenings and Tests will be performed). 
• Synch. of the donor’s and recipient’s cycles, prep. of the dual Protocol for both women: Controlled Ovarian Stimulation Protocol for the oocyte donor, and controlled endometrial prep. Protocol for the recipient. 
• Prep. and empowerment of the donor’s medicated Controlled Ovarian Stimulation (COS) Protocol using the hormones (Follicle–Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and, sometimes, Luteinizing Hormone (LH).
• Management and monitoring of the donor’s hormonal COS Protocol (blood tests and lab. screening tests).
• Medicated prep. of the donor to the oocyte pick–up (selecting the anesthetic, if any tests are essential for selecting anesthesia, like allergic tests they will be done).
• Ultrasound–guided Oocyte Retrieval mini–invasive surgery under anesthesia plus the donor’s compensation + prep. and empowerment of the recipient’s medicated (hormonal) endometrial preparation Protocol.
• Management and monitoring of the recipient’s endometrial prep. cycle (in–person mode if the patient is in Ukraine or the remote virtual mode if the patient is abroad via emails with the results obtained during the consultations with ultrasound scans and necessary tests including the blood tests performed by the patient’s local OB–GYN or Fertility Pro in the home–country).
• The partner’s Sperm Collection and prep. for being used in ICSI, IMSI, or PICSI. 
• If Sperm Collection cannot be done in a routine way (the partner suffers from infectious diseases or takes medication that breakdown sperm cells, suffers from obstruction of the sperm channels, or congenital malformation in the sperm canal, has no sperm output because of the genetic or hormonal conditions, and other conditions), the Fertility Pro can recommend TESA Sperm Retrieval. 
• ICSI, IMSI, PICSI using the partner’s fresh sperm and the donor’s fresh oocytes. 
• Prolonged Embryo Cultivation until the blastocyst stage and embryo development monitoring in EmbryoScope.
