(5) ‘What are the criteria for using surrogacy services in Colombia?’

Surrogacy in Colombia can be done for the woman or the couple is facing severe female factor infertility or multiple IVF–ICSI/IMSI/PICSI cycles resulted in failures. ●severe somatic diseases;

●multiple (more than 4) implantation failures associated with the embryo transfer of high–quality embryos.

 

(6) ‘Are there any envisaged legal limitations for doing surrogacy in Colombia for the singles, gay or lesbian couples?’
