2. ‘What is not in the Bundle?’
Sperm Retrieval packs.
- Testicular Sperm Aspiration (TESA) Bundle’s cost starts at 1000 EUR per trial.
- Testicular Sperm Extraction (TESE) Bundle’s cost starts at 500 EUR per trial.
- Microsurgical Testicular Sperm Extraction (Micro–TESE) Bundle’s cost starts at 1000 EUR—1500 EUR per trial.
- Microsurgical Epididymal Sperm Aspiration (MESA) Bundle’s cost starts at 600 EUR—1500 EUR per trial.
- Percutaneous Epididymal Sperm Aspiration (PESA) Bundle’s cost starts at
TESA, TESE, Micro–TESE, MESA, and PESA pack is not configured with the Standard, Inclusive, and Guaranteed Surrogacy packs. The couple may purchase the TESA, TESE, Micro–TESE, MESA or PESA Sperm Retrieval Bundle in the IVF clinic or Surrogacy Agency.
Stimulation of spermatogenesis packs.
- Stimulation of Spermatogenesis without hormones Bundle’s cost starts at 500 EUR per trial.
- Stimulation of Spermatogenesis by Gonadotropins Bundle’s cost starts at 1200 EUR per trial.
- Stimulation of spermatogenesis with recombinant human Follicle–Stimulating hormone Bundle’s cost starts at 1300 EUR per trial.
Oocyte Vitrification, Sperm Vitrification, and Embryo Vitrification.
The Oocyte Vitrification Bundle is usually not included in the Surrogacy packs but can be configured on the couple’s demand. The full cost for the ‘Oocyte Vitrification and Storage’ pack starts at 350 EUR for one cryovial.
The intended mother’s or the donor’s oocytes will be vitrified and stored in the cryobank for the future use in Devitrification and ICSI/IMSI/PICSI cycles.
The couple will have to purchase the ‘Oocyte Vitrification and Storage’ Bundle that will cover the Vitrification and Storage of the gametes. The basic cost starts at 250 EUR–300 EUR charged for the Oocyte Vitrification (one cryovial), every next cryovial with oocytes that will be vitrified is charged as an extra fee with the basic cost that starts at 25 EUR. The Oocyte Storage in the cryobank is charged annually. The Oocyte Storage Bundle’s cost starts at 100 EUR per year.
Sperm Vitrification and Sperm Storage pack are routinely included in all Surrogacy programs. If Sperm Vitrification and Storage pack are not included in the Surrogacy pack, it is available for being purchased on the couple’s demand. The ‘Sperm Vitrification and Storage’ Bundle’s cost starts at 180 EUR–300 EUR. 100 EUR–250 EUR for Sperm Vitrification plus 80 EUR–100 EUR for one year of the Sperm Storage. This fee covers the Vitrification of up to four sperm cryovials and launching them in the cryobank for one year.
The Embryo Storage Bundle is always purchased after the first year of Embryo Storage. ‘Embryo Storage’ Bundle’s cost starts at 100 EUR–200 EUR per year. Some IVF clinics and Surrogacy Agencies propose storage for an extensive timeframe. 3 years’ Embryo Storage pack cost starts at 300 EUR. The ‘Embryo Storage Bundle’ cost for 5 years starts at 500 EUR. ‘Embryo Vitrification and Storage’ Bundle is always included in all Surrogacy packs. But the ‘Embryo Vitrification and Storage’ Bundle’s fee covers the Vitrification and Embryo Storage for the first year only.
The blastocyst Vitrification (Vitrification of the Day 5 embryos) Bundle is more expensive than the Bundle designed for vitrifying the Day 3 embryos. The ‘Blastocyst Vitrification and one–year storage’ pack’s cost starts at 525 EUR.
*425 EUR for Vitrification and 100 EUR for Embryo Storage for 12 months. Blastocysts are the embryos with extreme implantation capacity and high potency to develop into viable fetuses. They are cultured in the Time–Lapse incubator for two more days and undergo Vitrification on Day 5 of their development.
Devitrification of the oocytes, sperm, and embryos.
Devitrification Bundle is neither configured nor covered too by the standard Surrogacy packs. The ‘Guaranteed’ Silver and Gold Surrogacy packs may cover the Devitrification of the gametes and embryos’ fees. ‘Oocytes and Sperm Devitrification plus ICSI/IMSI/PICSI and Embryo Transfer’ Bundles are designed for devitrified gametes, Embryo Culturing and Embryo Transfer. ‘Embryo Devitrification’ Bundles are designed for Frozen Embryo Transfer cycles and its fee covers the Devitrification, gestational carrier’s preparation for the Embryo Transfer (medication), and Embryo Transfer. Multiple pregnancy fee.
- Twin pregnancy fee is paid as an extra fee. The ‘Twin pregnancy’ Bundle’s cost starts at 4000 EUR.
- The triplet fee is paid as an extra fee. The ‘Triplet pregnancy’Bundle’s cost starts at 8000 EUR (4000 EUR for the second newborn Bundle and 4000 EUR for the third newborn Bundle).
The multiple pregnancy fee is charged as an extra fee after the extra newborn Bundle is born. Plus 4000 EUR if twins are born. Plus 8000 EUR for triplets.
Caesarian section delivery fee.
- C–section delivery Bundle’s cost starts at 1000 EUR.
This fee covers the medication, C–section delivery and the compensation for the gestational carrier for Caesarian section delivery. The Pro Surrogacy packs cover the C–section delivery fees.
Extra trials:
Extra Embryo Transfer trial using the vitrified embryos (Devitrification of the embryonic cohort and Embryo Transfer trial) fee starts at 1500 EUR. This fee covers the gestational carrier’s preparation, medication, Devitrification (Embryo Thawing), Embryo Transfer trial, and gestational carrier’s compensation for the Embryo Transfer. ‘Devitrification and Embryo Transfer’ pack are integrated with the Pro Surrogacy packs; thus, this fee is not charged from the couples selected the Guaranteed Surrogacy Bundles.
Extra IVF–ICSI/IMSI/PISCI cycle with own oocytes, including the preparation of the gestational carrier with ultimate Diagnostic Screening, medication, Controlled Ovarian Stimulation Protocol for the intended mother, Oocyte Retrieval, one ICSI/IMSI/PISCI trial, one fresh Embryo Transfer trial, and ultimate pregnancy tests (blood test, urine test, ultrasound scan) fee starts at 4000 EUR. This fee does not cover the PGD for newly generated through ICSI/IMSI/PISCI embryonic cohort. This fee is not charged if the couple selected the Pro Surrogacy package and has one, two or three more IVF–ICSI/IMSI/PISCI trials left.
Extra 4th trial of IVF–ICSI/IMSI/PISCI cycle (in case no fresh or vitrified embryos are left for the embryo transfer trial) fee starts at 6 500 EUR. This fee does not cover PGD Screening of the all-new embryonic cohort.
Extra IVF–ICSI/IMSI/PISCI with the donor’s oocytes, involving the preparation of the gestational carrier with ultimate Diagnostic Screening, medication, Сontrolled Ovarian Stimulation Protocol for the oocyte donor, Oocyte Retrieval, one IVF–ICSI/IMSI/PISCI trial, one fresh Embryo Transfer trial, and ultimate pregnancy tests (blood test, urine test, ultrasound scan) fee starts at 4500 EUR. This fee does not cover the PGD for newly generated embryos. This fee is not charged if the couple selected the Pro Surrogacy package ‘Tandem Oocyte cycle’ that involves Egg Donation, and has one, two or three or unlimited IVF–ICSI/IMSI/PISCI trials left.
