Surrogacy with own oocytes and sperm involves undergoing Controlled Ovarian Stimulation and ultrasound-guided oocyte pick–up (OPU/Egg Retrieval) for the intended mother. Controlled Ovarian Stimulation and Oocyte Retrieval Protocols ‘impose’ the specific ‘characteristics’ for the intended mother:

• 1–4 ng/ml Anti–Müllerian Hormone concentrations in the blood (at least 1 ng/ml Anti–Müllerian Hormone concentrations)
• healthy and functioning ovaries
• at least 6 Antral Follicles in the ovaries

If the intended mother doesn’t have the healthy and functioning ovaries with at least 6 antral follicles inside or her anti–Müllerian hormone concentrations in the blood sample are below 1, IVF–ICSI/IMSI/PISCI cannot be started. If the intended mother’s ovarian response to the ovarian stimulation medication is poor even after fertility Pro has edited the stimulation strategy’s ‘mode’ to ‘hybrid’ involving blended medication, — the COS (Controlled Ovarian Stimulation) Protocol can be ‘disabled.’ The cancellation of already started IVF–ICSI/IMSI/PISCI is routinely done before the Egg Retrieval. In these cases, the couples are recommended to upgrade their Surrogacy program to standard Surrogacy with Egg Donation or to Guaranteed Surrogacy with Egg Donation Pro with three or unlimited trials. 

Anti–Müllerian hormone ‘turns on’ the transparency mode for understanding what’s happening around your ovarian reserve and how extensive it is. Anti–Müllerian Hormone is ‘created’ by the ovaries. The more oocytes are left in the ovarian reserve — the more Anti–Müllerian Hormone will be ‘created’ and transferred to the blood. The Anti–Müllerian Hormone blood test has up to 100% accuracy when measuring the ovarian reserve balance. When the Anti–Müllerian Hormone levels are less than 1 ng/ml it seems that the ovarian reserve is low. The lower Anti–Müllerian Hormone concentrations are, the lower ovarian reserve is. If the ovarian reserve reached its ‘ultra-low mode’, and the oocytes cannot be retrieved from the follicles, IVF–ICSI/IMSI/PISCI with own oocytes cannot be done. 

The inclusion medical criteria are also set for the intended father if the couple wants to use his sperm for ICSI/IMSI/PISCI. The intended father’s sperm sample will be collected and transferred to the laboratory for inclusive Semen Analysis before the cycle is started. The intended father’s semen volume should be not less than 1.5 ml with sperm concentration at least 5 million sperm cells per ml. The sperm cells with disrupted ‘configuration’: damaged DNA, chromosomal rearrangements, ‘disabled’ genomes cannot be used for ICSI/IMSI/PISCI. The intended father’s sperm sample’s specific ‘characteristics’ for being used for ICSI/IMSI/PISCI: 

• normal semen volume correlates between 1.5—5.0 milliliters (ml). For ICSI/IMSI/PISCI it should be at least 1.5 ml.
• normal sperm count (sperm concentration) correlates between 15 million—300 million sperm per milliliter of semen. For ICSI/IMSI/PISCI the sperm concentration should be at least 5 million sperm per milliliter.
• sperm with normal morphological ‘features’ (sperm cells shaped like streamlined tadpoles with long tails and normal-sized heads) concentration should be not less than 13.5% per ml. 
• progressive sperm motility (moving sperm) correlates between 32%—92% per one ejaculate. For ICSI/IMSI/PISCI at least 15% of motile sperm should be found per one ejaculate. 
• normal sperm karyotype (normal chromosomal configuration) to exclude the risk of transmitting inherited diseases. 

Is there something to say in the conclusion?
