Surrogacy with Sperm Donation Cost in Ukraine

Being launched in one of the top Surrogacy destinations, the Ukrainian IVF clinics and Surrogacy Agencies offer the innovation in every Surrogacy Bundle. Every aspect of the tiny Bundles–miracles’ generation through Surrogacy is crucial to the overall quality of how many tiny Bundles you hug tightly and take to your home country. Like a massive creative ‘canvas’, the Surrogacy Bundles’ Protocols are editable, integrable, and configurable. Each ‘element’ included in the Surrogacy pack builds on top of the last to create the Surrogacy cycle with unbelievable transparency and security. The dynamic range of Ukrainian and international sperm donors to the extreme. Introducing Surrogacy with Sperm Donation Bundles and Surrogacy with Tandem Sperm cycle Bundles, the world’s best Pro Surrogacy packs.

Surrogacy with Sperm Donation Bundles and their costs in Ukraine are decoded: you can select the only Sperm Donation pack or the pack with Tandem Sperm cycle. Most of the couples select the Sperm Tandem cycle Surrogacy packs if the male factor infertility is not at the extreme–down mode. The sperm Tandem Surrogacy packs are designed exclusively for doubling down the chances to fertilize the intended mother’s oocytes not only with the donor’s sperm but with the intended father’s sperm. Presented with exceptional accuracy, the Tandem Sperm cycle involves Dual–Fertilization mode: the oocytes fertilized with the intended father’s sperm are separated from those fertilized with the donor’s sperm. The stunningly real opportunity for couples with extreme male factor infertility to have their Bundles. Doubled down.

2. The Surrogacy with Sperm Donation Bundle vs Surrogacy Tandem Sperm cycle Bundle ‘tech specifications’:

Surrogacy with Sperm Donation pack includes:

  • sperm donor’s Diagnostic Screening and Testing
  • Sperm Donation (Sperm Collection from the sperm donor only)
  • ICSI/IMSI/PICSI with the donor’s sperm only (Embryo Generation ‘event’ using the donor’s sperm and the intended mother’s oocytes)
  • transfer of the embryo (generated using the donor’s sperm and the intended mother’s oocytes) in the Gestational Carrier’s womb

Surrogacy Tandem Sperm cycle pack includes:

Dual Diagnostic Screening and Testing Protocol

  • sperm donor’s Screening and Testing Protocol
  • intended father’s Screening and Testing Protocol

Dual Sperm Collection and preparation Protocol

  • Sperm Donation (Sperm Collection from the sperm donor) and Sperm Preparation
  • Sperm Collection from the intended father and Sperm Preparation

Dual Fertilization Protocol

  • ICSI/IMSI/PICSI with the donor’s sperm (Embryo Generation ‘event’ using the intended mother’s oocytes and the donor’s sperm)
  • ICSI/IMSI/PICSI with the intended father’s sperm (Embryo Generation ‘event’ using the intended mother’s oocytes and the intended father’s sperm)
  • embryonic cohort generated using the donor’s sperm is monitored and evaluated
  • embryonic cohort generated using the intended father’s sperm is monitored and evaluated
  • selection of one or two embryos with the high implantation potency from both embryonic cohorts (it is also possible to select one Embryo Generated using the intended father’s sperm and one embryo generated using the donor’s sperm)
  • transfer of the embryo (generated using the intended mother’s oocytes and the intended father’s sperm or using the intended mother’s oocytes and the donor’s sperm or both embryos one from the sperm donor’s cohort and the other from the cohort generated using the intended father’s sperm) in the Gestational Carrier’s womb

What was involved in the ‘Sperm Donation’ Surrogacy program?

Surrogacy with Sperm Donation only involves the participation of the sperm donor in fertilization of the intended mother’s oocytes. The intended father’s sperm is not used for ICSI/IMSI/PICSI cycle. Surrogacy with Sperm Donation packs’ cost covers only the complete Semen Analysis, Sperm Collection, and Sperm Preparation for the sperm donor only. Some Surrogacy with Sperm Donation packs includes the donor’s Sperm Vitrification and one year of storage in the cryobank. Some Surrogacy with Sperm Donation Bundles doesn’t have the donor’s sperm Vitrification and Storage Service. But the ‘Sperm Freezing and Storage’ Bundle is available for being purchased on the couple’s demand. In these cases, the sperm donor’s compensation is not recharged from the couple for the extra Sperm Donation.

If the couple wishes to transfer to the ‘Tandem Sperm cycle Pro’ program, they can purchase the extra ‘Sperm preparation and Sperm Vitrification’ Bundle for the intended father. The extra Bundle will cover the Diagnostic Screening Tests for the intended father, Semen Analysis, sperm preparation for ICSI/IMSI/PICSI cycle, and Sperm Vitrification for the future ICSI/IMSI/PICSI cycles. Plus, launching several cryovials of the intended father’s semen in the clinic’s or Surrogacy Agency’s sperm cryobank and fee-free storage of cryopreserved sperm for one year.

What is the ‘Tandem Sperm cycle’ Surrogacy program?

Upgrading your current Sperm Donation program to the ‘Tandem Sperm cycle’ is possible just in one touch. But you must discuss this extra option with your fertility Pro before oocyte pick–up ‘event.’ If you say ‘I want to undergo Tandem Sperm cycle’ on the same day as they retrieved the oocytes, they won’t be able to fertilize the oocytes with your sperm as you must undergo the pretreatment Diagnostic Screening Tests, Semen Analysis, and your semen must undergo the preparation for ICSI/IMSI/PICSI. They won’t start the ICSI/IMSI/PICSI Protocol using your sperm until they obtain the results from the Screening Tests and Semen Analysis.

The intended mother’s oocytes can be vitrified and after that devitrified (thawed) for completing the Sperm Tandem cycle. This extra ‘Oocytes’ Vitrification Protocol’ will be charged as an extra fee if your Surrogacy Bundle is labeled as ‘Standard’ or ‘Basic’ or tagged as ‘one cycle only’. One more extra Bundle ‘Oocyte thawing and ICSI/IMSI/PICSI with the intended father’s sperm’ will be generated and charged as an extra fee also. The Premium Surrogacy packs’ basic fee usually covers many unexpected extra–Protocols and their fees, so, if you have an all-inclusive Pro Surrogacy Bundle, most probably that you won’t be charged extra fees for extending the duration of the ICSI/IMSI/PICSI Protocol, and its urgent editing on your demand.

The Tandem Sperm cycle is an exclusive IVF–ICSI/IMSI/PICSI Protocol tailored and ‘issued’ for the couples wishing to try own sperm’ and the donor’s sperm for the oocytes’ fertilization in one IVF–ICSI/IMSI/PICSI cycle. The Tandem Sperm cycle involves Dual Semen Analysis Protocol, Dual Sperm Collection Protocol, Dual Sperm Preparation Protocol, and Dual Fertilization Protocol. The sperm donor’s cycle is synchronized in a maximum mode with the intended father’s sperm cycle. The fertility Pros will use the donor’s sperm for fertilizing one cohort of the oocytes, and the intended father’s sperm for fertilizing the other cohort of the oocytes. After fertilization, the newly generated embryonic cohorts will be cultured for several days.

The Surrogacy programs with PGD Screening (Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis) or PGS Screening (Preimplantation Genetic Screening) will involve the biopsy for every embryo generated through ICSI/IMSI/PICSI. Before transferring the embryos in the Gestational Carrier’s uterus, the Fertility Pros will screen their content for chromosomal abnormalities, chromosomal reconfiguration, DNA structural disruptions, and DNA wrong integration.

The embryos with poor implantation potency will undergo Assisted Hatching (AH) to boost their survival (the embryo that cannot hatch outside — dies because there is no much space in its envelope to develop) and implantation chances.

After the two powerful ‘microchips’ are configured in all–new one ‘microchip’ — fertilized oocyte, the zygote (embryo) appears. This Embryo Generation event entails the ultra-fast mode of the new configuration: the chromosomal content of the mother integrated with chromosomal content of the father, the embryo starts doubling, tripling... — in one word: the embryo starts its development. And the embryo always develops in the oocyte’s envelope first that enlarges, transfers into the more secured envelope, and again enlarges.

But there is always the moment when there is no space left for the embryonic cells. To survive and continue its development, the embryo must hatch outside. If the embryo cannot do it — it dies. Assisted Hatching is an exclusive technique that Embryologists use for helping the embryos to hatch outside and survive.

Something to say in conclusion?

The major difference between Surrogacy with Sperm Donation and Surrogacy ‘Tandem Sperm cycle’ is in Dual Protocols for the intended father and the sperm donor.

The contrast your eyes see between ‘Tandem Sperm cycle’ pack and ‘Sperm Donation only’ pack is very challenging to implement in one cycle. Thus, the Fertility Pros configured the ‘own sperm’ pack with a ‘Sperm Donation’ pack in one exclusive Tandem Sperm cycle pack.
