• PGD (Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis for dividing genetically healthy embryos from the embryos affected by genetic diseases). PGD can be charged as an extra fee if not included in the Surrogacy program.
• PGS (Preimplantation Genetic Screening for the embryonic chromosomes’ ‘configuration’: FISH screening for several chromosomal pairs as it cannot screen all 24 chromosomes; array-based screening for all 24 chromosomes; or Next–Generation Sequencing [NGS] screening for the most accurate chromosomal portfolio shaping). • Unlimited Gender Selection of the embryos that the couple wishes to transfer in the surrogate moms’ wombs (dividing every new embryonic cohort generated through ICSI/IMSI/PICSI cycle on embryo–boys and embryo–girls). Gender Selection can be charged as an extra fee if not included in the Surrogacy Program.
• Unlimited embryo profiles’ generation by the Embryologists (every embryo generated in IVF lab has its own profile with essential info about it).
• Unlimited usage of the embryo glue for boosting the embryo implantation potency if necessary.
• Unlimited initiation of endometrial scratching procedures for boosting the embryo implantation potency if necessary.
• Unlimited fresh and Frozen Embryo Transfers in the surrogate mom’s or surrogate moms’ uteruses.

Listing you extra fees that may be involved in surrogacy and if involved — will be charged from the couple as extra ones:

• Accommodation and transfer to the clinic and from the clinic are excluded.
• Embassy related expenses are excluded. Note, that issuing the newborns’ passports takes approximately one month. The clinic’s representatives will assist with all the necessary documentation required to exit the country with the newborns. You must then apply to your own embassy to apply for the newborns’ passports. 
• If after the Embryo Transfer one of the surrogate moms conceived twin pregnancy and twins are born, the couple pays 18,000.00 EUR extra fee.
• Sperm samples’ storage fee is charged after 12^th months’ of being stored in the clinic’s cryobank to extend it. The Sperm Storage fee is charged annually and covers sperm samples’ storage in the clinic’s cryobank for the next year.
• The embryo or embryonic cohort’s (cohorts’) storage fee is charged after 12^th months’ of being stored in the clinic’s cryobank to extend it. The embryo or embryonic cohort’s (cohorts’) storage fee is charged annually and covers the storage of the embryo or embryos in the clinic’s cryobank for the next year.
• The embryo reduction is not performed for the Guaranteed Surrogacy packs if there are no risks for the surrogate mom and if the fetuses don’t have serious abnormalities.
