‘Ectopic pregnancy and emergency surgery’ Bundle’s cost starts at 500 EUR.
This fee is charged if the pregnancy of the Gestational Carrier resulted in ectopic. It covers the ultrasound diagnostics, other Diagnostic Tests, anesthesia, emergency surgery, staying in the hospital, medication, post-surgery care, and the Gestational Carrier’s compensation.
The Pro surrogacy packs ultimately cover the ectopic pregnancy fees.
The Miscarriage pack’s cost starts at 1000 EUR.
It is purchased if the Gestational Carrier faced the miscarriage (pregnancy loss). The miscarriage fee starts at 1000 EUR. This fee covers the miscarriage diagnostics, medication, and the compensation paid to the surrogate mom. If the Fertility Pros detect the intrauterine death of an embryo or fetus, this fee will cover the ultimate diagnostics, medication, anesthesia, dilation and curettage procedure, post–D&C care, and the Gestational Carrier’s compensation.
The Pro Surrogacy packs ultimately cover the miscarriage fees.
An elective Embryo Reduction pack’s cost starts at 600 EUR–1000 EUR.
The elective Embryo Reduction Bundle may be proposed to the couple if their surrogate mom carries multiple pregnancies: quintuples, quadruples or triplets. The most scaring thing is that Embryo Reduction ‘tags’ elective injection of the special medication in the embryonic or fetal hearts and dilation and curettage to collect and take out the dead embryos or fetuses.

The pregnancy termination pack cost starts at 2000 EUR.
The pregnancy termination is done only if a fetus has serious abnormalities or the Fertility Pro detected the death of the fetus. This fee will cover the ultimate Diagnostics, medication, anesthesia, labor induction or dilation and curettage procedure, post–D&C care, and the Gestational Carrier’s compensation. The Pro Surrogacy packs ultimately cover the pregnancy termination fees.
NIPT Screening pack’s cost starts at 500 EUR.
NIPT is a noninvasive prenatal test (Noninvasive Prenatal Screening (NIPS)) that is done in the first trimester to detect the chromosomal aneuploidies in the developing fetus. The Pro Surrogacy packs can ultimately cover the NIPT Screening fees.
The medical insurance pack for the surrogate mom includes consultations, Diagnostic Screening, medication, medical services, pregnancy care, staying at the hospital if the Gestational Carrier has pregnancy complications. The medical insurance pack is not available for being purchased. The fee depends on the type of complication or disease, the Treatment Protocol, medication, and duration of staying at the hospital.
The Pro Surrogacy packs ultimately cover the emergency fees.
Uterus loss fee, Fallopian tube loss fee (tubal loss fee) starts at 2000 EUR.
Uterus loss fee starts at 2000 EUR. The same fee — 2000 EUR is charged for the tubal loss (if one or both Fallopian tubes are lost).
The Pro Surrogacy packs ultimately cover the Uterus loss fee, Fallopian tube loss fee (tubal loss fee) and other fees that are involved in emergency surgery and post-surgery care (rehabilitation).
Post-surgery compensation (fee) starts at 1000 EUR for one surgery.
This fee covers the Gestational Carrier’s compensation for undergoing invasive surgery including the emergency surgeries that are performed during pregnancy and childbirth because of pregnancy or childbirth complications. Sometimes this fee covers emergency surgery expenses and medication (if the minimally invasive surgery is done).
The Pro Surrogacy packs ultimately cover the post-surgery compensation and all fees involved in the surgery.
The selection of the new Gestational Carrier cost starts at 800 EUR –1000 EUR for every new trial.
This fee covers the new gestational carrier’s selection, Diagnostic Screening, and Testing, issuing and notarizing the new Surrogacy contract. The selection of the new surrogate mom can be done on the couple’s demand or on the fertility Pro demand.
The Pro Surrogacy packs ultimately cover an unlimited selection of the new gestational carrier.
NICU (Newborn Intensive Care Unit) staying fees are charged as extras in case of preterm delivery.
The ‘Standard’ Surrogacy pack does not cover the NICU fees. The Pro surrogacy pack may cover up to 30 days of staying in the NICU for one preterm newborn. If the newborn Bundle has been born prematurely and the Surrogacy pack doesn’t cover staying in Ukrainian NICU, the basic fee for one–night stay is 250 EUR–350 EUR.
NICU booking pack’s cost starts at 4000 EUR–5000 EUR per newborn.
Some Ukrainian IVF clinics and Surrogacy Agencies offer to ‘configure’ the NICU Bundle (newborn intensive care unit package) with the basic Surrogacy package before the 12th–16th week of the gestational carrier’s pregnancy at a cost 4000 EUR–5000 EUR per newborn. This fee adds tons of capacity as it books the NICU incubator for the preterm newborn, plus covers the medication, the neonatal care fees, the medical services fees, and personal Neonatologist fees.
Some Pro Surrogacy packs can ultimately cover the NICU booking pack for one or two newborn Bundles.
Heel prick Screening test pack is available for purchase at a basic cost 80 EUR for one newborn.
Neonatal Screening tests for serious diseases (heel prick blood test) detects the serious diseases that may interfere with the newborn’s life. It is routinely performed in the maternity hospital but charged as an extra fee. The Fertility Pros highly recommend this Screening test.
Pro Surrogacy packs can cover the heel prick Screening test for the newborn or for all newborns born through Surrogacy cycle.
Staying in a maternity hospital/clinic’s or hospital’s apartment after 3 days is charged as an extra fee. The basic fee per night varies from 30 EUR to 60 EUR. The luxurious apartment’s cost starts at 80 EUR–150 EUR for one–night stay.
Pro Surrogacy packs can cover extra days of staying in a maternity hospital/clinic’s or hospital’s apartment for the intended parents.
Delaying the start of the Surrogacy program fee is paid to the gestational carrier who is waiting to participate in the program without medical reasons (on the couple’s demand). The basic ‘waiting’ fee starts at 200 EUR per month.
Pro Surrogacy packs can cover the delaying of the start of Surrogacy program fees.
Umbilical cord blood collection and storage pack’s cost starts at 500 EUR.
Umbilical cord fee covers the collection and storage of the newborn’s umbilical cord blood in the cord blood bank.
Some Pro surrogacy packs can cover the umbilical cord blood collection and storage fees.
The DNA test (approving the paternity or/and maternity) fee for the one newborn starts at 750 EUR.
This test is done in an independent laboratory accredited in the intended patients’ country’s embassy). The Pro Surrogacy packs cover ultimately the DNA test fees.
The DNA test to confirm paternity, which the Embassy may additionally require (in unexpected cases) fee for one newborn Bundle varies from country to country.
Issuing and notarizing the papers confirming pregnancy with translation and apostille (on the couple’s demand) that is used in extreme cases by the wife for the adoption of the child (if something happens to the biological father, then his wife will be able to adopt a child) basic fee starts at 450 EUR. This fee is not charged if the couple selected the Pro Surrogacy package.
The Surrogacy program restoring fee starts at 3000 EUR.
This fee is charged if the couple did not come to the clinic for the collection of reproductive material at the appointed time by some clinics and Surrogacy Agencies.
Lawyer services
(extra services required by the couple’s home country or Embassy) basic fees cannot be estimated approximately. These fees are charged by the Embassy and other official organizations for documental workflow or for the other procedures designed for legalizing the surrogate newborn according to the country’s legislation.
The baby care services fee starts at 5 EUR per hour for one newborn Bundle.
This fee covers the nurse’s assistance in caring for the baby (feeding the baby, washing the baby, changing the diapers, etc.).
The Pro Surrogacy packs cover baby care services for up to 2 months and up to 8 hours per day including Saturday and Sunday.
Newborn essentials are covered by the Pro Surrogacy packs only.
Despite the newborn essentials are included in the Pro Surrogacy packs, most of the couples are inspired to purchase more newborn essentials for their Bundles.
