Sanatorium Helios was founded in 1994 and was one of the first centers in the Czech Republic to deal with the diagnosis and treatment of infertility. 

In 2002 we started cooperation with the most successful IVF center in the world - the Australian Genea Clinic - World leading fertility (formerly Sydney IVF). Thanks to an exclusive license agreement with Genea we have the latest procedures and technologies long before they come into commercial use. 

Hence we stay ahead of other large centers and give infertile couples a better chance of success sooner than others.You will be able to get your needs through to us easily - our IVF coordinators speak Italian, English and German and Dutch. 

We do not prolong your path to the long-desired goal by inefficient methods. From the very beginning, we strive to find the most effective solution suited just for you. 

Detailed analysis of sperm count allows us to choose the optimal method to fertilize the eggs (so-called classical IVF, ICSI, PICSI, IMSI). 

Only a high-quality extended culture allows us to transfer high-quality embryos in the blastocyst stage (da. In our embryology laboratory, we have been using the latest time lapse GERI mini-incubators, which meet all the prerequisites for great embryo culture conditions.

We transfer one embryo. We are not afraid to introduce only one embryo, because we stand behind the quality of our culture. We know that the chances of getting pregnant do not increase with the number of introduced embryos, but with the number of transfers. 

We are not afraid of freezing embryos because we know that the procedures we use do not harm the embryo. The automated vitrification system Gavi, which is currently used for embryo freezing has not decreased the pregnancy rate below 50% in the last eighteen months. Thanks to the highly developed freezing method, the fact, which many people had for years hoped for, has become true - we can freeze eggs so that they retain their quality for several years before thawing. 

Currently, we provide all possible PGT - A/M testing.  PGT-A/PGT-M methods used in Sanatorium Helios increase long-term success rates by over 30 %. The odds of pregnancy after a single embryo transfer after PGS/PGD is about 75 %.
