My ivf journey
I started to contact with CFC since July 2019 and I am impressed by their efficient service and excellent customer care. All staff here are very helpful and informative. During the consultation I can ask many questions the doctor and nurse are always answer my questions with patience. I will specially thank Dr Bassam Elhellw and the senior embryologist and laboratory manager, who is the first person to reply my email enquiry and followed up explaining all the procedures and treatments in details to me. I appreciate Dr. BASSAM hard working as when I have any concerns he always reply my email at first time even he was off work or on weekend! Now we have three embryos ready to transfer so hopefully everything will go smoothly in the following treatment.

No one get in touch with me, maybe there is no egg freezing at all.
Was thinking about egg freezing cycle. There was no info about egg freezing, only IVF, IVF with ICSI, and IVF with PGD (preimplantation genetic diagnosis). Submitted my inquiry during the first week of this June. No one get in touch with me. Maybe there is no egg freezing. Hope, you will add more info about your treatments. Thank you.

Preimplantation genetic testing costs & time frame questions are still unanswered.
I was looking for Preimplantation genetic testing (PGS) and wanted to know how much it would cost and how long the procedure will be. I submitted my inquiry in mid—June and was interested in Egyptian clinics. I have no answer from this clinic. There is no information about PGS listed on their OVU page, I found only IVF with PGD (price on request), ICSI and IVF. The other two clinics got in touch with me. This clinic was my top priority.
