This two-part class provides answers to your questions about breastfeeding. Discussion and handouts provide you the information you need to have a positive breast-feeding experience. Taught by a certified lactation specialist. Part I: Breastfeeding Your Newborn: focuses on getting started, the benefits of breastfeeding and proper positioning techniques. You must check with your insurance company to be sure. If using insurance, write name of insurance company on registration form and bring insurance card to first class. Medicaid participants MUST bring their Medicaid card, Photo ID and will fill out a current registration form.
