Childbirth Class: Temple
DESCRIPTION:
Our four–week childbirth classes are offered in consecutive Monday, Tuesday or Thursday series. Class topics include: Stages of labor, Delivery, Pain relief, Breathing and relaxation tools, Postpartum and newborn care, A tour of Labor and Delivery and Postpartum units. It is recommended that expectant mothers register for childbirth classes between 23–30 weeks gestation. Located in the Brakemeier Conference Room, on the 3rd Floor of the Brindley Circles entrance.
