Childbirth Preparation
DESCRIPTION:
We want you to be as informed and confident as possible for your labor and childbirth experience. You will learn about the labor and birth process, breathing and relaxation techniques, comfort skills, use of medications and anesthesia, and more. Please bring a pillow and a blanket with you to class. This class is provided in one-day or two-day sessions.
