Expectant Parent Tour

DESCRIPTION:

Take a free tour of the labor and delivery and postpartum floors of Prentice Women’s Hospital. Tours are offered on the following days: Mondays at 6 p.m., Wednesdays at 2 p.m., as well as the first and third Saturday of every month at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Please keep in mind that tours fill up quickly; therefore, we recommend you register early. Also, children under the age of 12 are not allowed. Please see the Tike Hike program which has been designed for sibling tours available on Sundays Arrive 10 to 15 minutes ahead of the posted start time. Please check in at the reception desk at 250 E. Superior Street to secure a temporary ID Badge. Discounted parking is available at 200 E. Superior St. * Due to patient privacy regulations and our infection prevention and security protocols, entrance into the OR’s, Prep/Holding/Recovering rooms and Nursery are not available during this tour. Expectant parents delivering at Northwestern Memorial Hospital are required to have a Pediatrician for their newborn(s) prior to delivery. Please call Physician Referral at 3129268400 and one of our Health Consultants will assist you with referrals to Pediatricians.
