DESCRIPTION:

This big brother or sister workshop is designed to help children understand what will happen to their mom and new baby at the hospital, how to hold a baby and how to express feelings. There are plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The children receive certificates to remind them of their accomplishments. Required age of the child is 3–10. If you are unable to attend your class, please call at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or to receive a class refund. This will allow your seat to be made available to another participant. Bring your confirmation email with you; you may be asked to present it at check–in. Expectant parents delivering at Northwestern Memorial Hospital are required to have a Pediatrician for their newborn(s) prior to delivery. Please call Physician Referral at 3129268400 and one of our Health Consultants will assist you with referrals to Pediatricians.
