Understanding Birth: Express!

DESCRIPTION:

This abbreviated class will focus on the essentials of labor and birth, interventions and cesarean delivery. Plenty of time will be devoted to your specific questions. Each couple will receive a copy of, “Understanding Birth” which supplements the class content by providing more detail. This book provides online access to videos, printable charts, checklists and information sheets. A tour of Prentice will be provided If you are unable to attend your class, please call at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or to receive a class refund. This will allow your seat to be made available to another participant. Please bring your confirmation with you. PLEASE NOTE: WHEN REGISTERING, 1 REGISTRATION REFERS TO 1 COUPLE, NOT 1 PERSON. Expectant parents delivering at Northwestern Memorial Hospital are required to have a Pediatrician for their newborn(s) prior to delivery. Please call Physician Referral at 3129268400 and one of our Health Consultants will assist you with referrals to Pediatricians.
