Have you been trying to have a baby for a long time and still not pregnant after a year of regular intercourse? There are a number of reasons for not becoming pregnant. And these reasons are just as individual as you are as a couple. Whether physically or mentally: it is important to find out what the right treatment path looks like for you. We will discuss with you which functional disorders of the female or male reproductive system are responsible for your unfulfilled desire to have children, as well as the treatment options tailored to your individual needs.

Your path to professional support is the right one. Whether a treatment is successful depends on various factors, which we will find out together. The chances of success that a pregnancy will occur after the appropriate treatment has been carried out is stated by the German IVF register for all centers as 25 to 30% per treatment cycle. In around 70% of cases, a couple's desire to have children can be fulfilled through treatment. However, the probability of success varies depending on the age of the patient, the individual findings and the duration of the desire to have children. Your mental health is also important to us: Conversations on relief can be useful or accompany and support you again and again.

Before we find the right therapy for you, we begin with a comprehensive diagnosis, i.e. the search for the causes of childlessness. In doing so, we check why the natural path to having a child has not yet been successful for you, and that for both men and women. In the case of women, the cycle is closely monitored and the hormones in the blood that can influence the optimal course of the cycle are carefully examined. A vaginal ultrasound examination of the uterus and ovaries is also part of this first phase on our way to having your dream child. In men, a urological examination takes place in addition to the semen analysis. Male fertility is examined here on the basis of a spermiogram.
