We have made a couple of treatments at this clinic and we can absolutely not recommend them. We have not felt taken care of and the information from the clinic has not been clear. We have not felt that they have wanted to help us in the best possible way.
We have had to postpone treatments due to unspecific information, we have been wrongly accused of not following recommendations, they have sent incorrect invoices, the have thawed the wrong amount of embryos and finally they forgot to throw away our remaining embryos. When we have talked to them about these issues they have not been interested in listening to our point of view.
I would strongly recommend everyone to choose another clinic. Choose a clinic where you will be well taken care of and treated with respect and kindness. Good luck!
