I recently went for a health checkup and, while the initial process was smooth and thorough, I faced an issue that I believe needs addressing. After completing all my checkups at 9.30 AM, I was asked to wait until the afternoon for a physician consultation. This long wait is neither fair nor considerate towards patients or clients. It’s especially frustrating because the physician consultation is already included in the health checkup package.
Efficiency and respect for people's time should be paramount in healthcare services.
