Treatment according to a targeted diagnosis and the use of biological markers during the treatment, increase the rates of in vitro fertilization success to 50% in a single treatment. These markers consist of many tests such as hormonal tests, histopathological tests that detect defects at the cell and tissue level. Imaging tests, genetic tests of the egg, sperm and fetus created from the connection between them and embryological tests (monitoring the development of the fetus in the laboratory before transplanting it in the womb).

The initial consultation, with both spouses, takes place at the clinics of the "Fertility Medical Center" in Modi'in, Ramat Aviv, and Beer Sheva.

First stage, non-invasive clarification of the reproductive system

The inquiry was conducted over the course of one monthly cycle. In this context, the following systems are examined:

1. The ovulation process

2. Hormonal system (both partners)

3. Basic sperm examination, and advanced as needed

4. The mechanical system of reproduction (uterine and fallopian tube photography) and evaluation of the function of the fallopian tubes

5. Structure and quality of endometrium (responsible for embryo implantation in the uterus)

6. Genetic survey, for both spouses. (Karyotype, and oncological genetic survey, if medical questioning justifies it)

7. Breast examination

8. Cervical surface

9. General blood tests (including infectious and immunological diseases)

10. Initial emotional assessment and mental preparation for pregnancy.
