The GENERA (Gynaecology, Endocrinology, Embryology, Assisted Reproduction) group was founded in 2008 with the aim of offering to the couple looking for a pregnancy, a complete and multidisciplinary assistance from the medical, technical and psychological point of view. The Group was founded by Dr. Filippo Maria Ubaldi and Dr. Laura Rienzi, experts in the field of Reproductive Medicine since more than 25 years.

Our policy is aimed at guaranteeing the highest medical-scientific level and the most accurate care and protection of the couple’s safety in order to achieve a common goal: the achievement of a birth.

In order to accomplish this mission, the GENERA group uses a teamwork that, in compliance with shared procedures and protocols based on scientific evidence and in accordance with national and international guidelines, has developed methodologies to provide a complete and cutting-edge diagnostic and therapeutic service.

The establishment of a relationship of trust with the couple, respect for ethics and the promotion of high professional values are key points of the GENERA group’s policy.

Moreover, the training and continuous updating of all professional components, both healthcare and administrative, allow to offer a treatment in line with the state of the art in the discipline, aiming at achieving excellence.

Periodic internal audits allow to carry out a continuous and objective evaluation of the entire system and reflect the GENERA group’s intention to operate in a perspective of quality and continuous improvement.

The support of a Quality Management System, in compliance with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001 Standards, has allowed the adoption of new methods of assistance and defined criteria for the review of all the activities carried out, in order to make them in accordance with the needs and expectations of the couple, while ensuring a minimization of risks for all services provided.
