My friend and I had a positive experience working with Susan. Susan is always super responsive and caring. She is very professional, helpful and reliable. My friend has soo much troubles trying having a baby for many years. My friend and her husband were about to give up their dream of having a baby. Susan Kersch Kibler found the way to help. She has unlimited energy, attentive to detail and super efficient. Great to work with!

Exciting experience
Susan Kibler is kind. She clearly loves those she works with and loves what she does. Susan listens deeply and compassionately and can make you laugh all in the space of one conversation. She is wonderful! If you are feeling worried, she'll hear you. If you have questions, she will find answers for you. If you need help, she does her very best to support you. I feel so fortunate to have found her and imagine you will too.

Delivering Dreams goes above and beyond what other surrogacy agencies offer.
After speaking with Susan, I see how they anticipate every part of the process, down to details that I had never even considered. I didn’t know what I didn’t know! Surrogacy can be really complicated and confusing. What an amazing sense of relief to have a company so dedicated to managing the WHOLE process and taking away as much of the stress as possible.

Working with Susan has been enlightening!
In my position for the Ukrainian government stationed in NYC overseeing post-adoption issues for over 4 years, I had the wonderful experience of working with Susan Kibler for many years. Susan is so passionate and enthusiastic about helping couples grow their families. She treats each couple as if they are part of her own family. I have had opportunities to meet and interact families that she has created, and they speak nothing but amazing things about Susan and her team’s service, and of them as individuals.
In my position, I encountered agencies that had unethical and questionable practices and seen the problems that result. Susan goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done truly professionally, and to the highest standards. She is a problem solver and her dedication to her work and love of Ukraine is infectious. She is definitely the one to work with.

Susan has the ability to really connect on a personal level quickly. I have found her easy to talk to and have been so grateful for her guidance. She is one of those people who offers so much to her clients. She sees the big picture and has a heart for the most intimate concerns. She is highly skilled and able to manage what can certainly be challenging and uncomfortable experiences, making them feel easier. Amazing team and services
My family is from Ukraine & first I questioned an agency in Ukraine run by an American. After knowing Susan, I could not believe the depth of her understanding of the local mentality. She has had remarkable experience and relationships. Her Russian is very good.
It's not just business, she passionately wants to help each people who turns to her. She is amazing because she has a lot of humanity. This is very rare trait in modern world.
Delivering Dreams provided services & guarantees with options no one else has. Each part of contract or documentation you can ask lots of questions and you will get deep and complete answers. We were confident that the things that concerned us most were taken care of and would not be a problem and we were right.
Everyone really cared about our success very personally. Always responsive and felt like we had VIP treatment.

Very professional and makes you comfortable
Susan has been nothing less than professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable throughout our entire journey. Although our journey is still yet to be determined, Susan consistently follows-up with relevant questions and information. She also truly wants what is best for you. She will not offer or push solutions that she knows are not in your heart. I strongly urge couples with infertility issues to definitely reach out to Delivering Dreams to learn about options and what might be best for you. You don’t have to know exactly which route is best for you, that is something they can help you figure out. She has been more than a joy to work with and I am excited to continue working with her!
