Egg Freezing Cycle Includes:

• All scans in Treatment

• Nurse Consultation

• Injection Technique

• Egg Collection

• Anaesthetist and Sedation fees

• Surgeon Fees

Egg Freezing Cycle Does NOT Include:

Medications – Costs can vary dependent on age & response – Approximate range £1,000–2,000

Blood Tests – Approximate cost £800

Freezing and storage – £250 per year or £30 per month

These are the following Terms and conditions of the Egg Freezing Cycle of £750

• If you are a New Patient to Newlife you will need an Initial Consultation before embarking upon any treatment – This Appointment is £200.

• If you are already an existing Newlife Patient and never had egg freezing before, you will need tobook in a Follow Up Appointment – £120 to discuss the cycle & any risks associated with the cycle.

• FSH must be below 12, hormones and scan must be suitable to start.

• You must be under 38 years of age.

• Cost of cycle must be paid for up front, prior to starting the cycle.

• Medications are not included in the cycle price, these must be paid for the same day.

• Blood tests are not included in this cycle price, these must be paid for the same day.

• Virology blood test for female patient having treatment must be in file before treatment commences. Freezing cannot take place without these results.

• You are responsible for keeping a record of how many medications you have left and informing the doctor and nurses at each scan appointment. Should you fail to do so and require a nurse to provide you with more drugs after the clinic is closed there will be a call out fee of £50 added to your billing.

• If cycle is abandoned for any reason prior to egg collection, then an abandonment fee of £100 per scan will be charged instead of the full cycle price of £750.

• If you arrive for egg collection but upon scanning have ovulated there will be scan abandonment fee as above, as well as anaesthetist fee of £150 added to your billing.

• Once egg collection has taken place the package is complete, there are no refunds / money back if no eggs are collected or the follicles are empty.

• Storage fees are chargeable from the date of first freeze and then a yearly storage fee is payable to Newlife as long as eggs remain in storage.

• If you do freeze eggs and continue further cycles within a 6-month period, your further freezes will be combined with the first freeze and the 12-month period begins at time of first freeze.

• If you carry our further cycles after 6 months from first cycle, then a new freezing fee will apply and the 12–month period will begin again from the day of the that freeze

• No refund can be given once you have signed up to the cycle unless the bloods or scans are preventing you from starting.

• All scans and bloods must be carried out at Newlife.
