IUI treatment includes pre–treatment consultation, pre–treatment tests, controlled ovarian stimulation with medications, monitoring ultrasound scans and blood tests during treatment, intrauterine insemination under ultrasound guidance, pregnancy blood test, review consultation & counselling session in the event of a negative outcome.
IUI treatment bundles’ approximate costs are £1250 — £2500 (depends on the personalized treatment protocol).
The basic IUI Package fee is £1250. This fee covers female screening tests (£150), male screening tests (£100) plus IUI treatment package £1,000.
*This fee does not cover medications as medications are prescribed individually. There are also additional fees for additional tests, consultations and cancellation. These fees are listed below

Female screening tests (P10: female screen) — Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, FBC, Hep B sAg, Hep B core, Hep C, HIV, Rubella — £150
Male screening tests (P11: male screen) — Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, Hep B sAg, Hep B core, Hep C, HIV — £100
All patients intending to undergo treatment need to undergo screening tests within 3 months of their first treatment cycle and 1 year of subsequent cycles for both the male and female partner. Female patients must also have had a cervical smear within the last 3 years.

Patients considering IUI treatment are advised that medications are not included in the above treatment charge and that medications will be charged per our current prices, please speak to your nurse for details.
We recommend that patients considering IUI treatment have the patency of their fallopian tubes checked (i.e. check the fallopian tubes are not blocked) by a HyCoSy investigation, which costs £500.
Please note that if you are planning to use donor sperm for this treatment, we advise all patients to purchase at least 2 ampoules of donor sperm for each cycle of treatment. Please note that any donor sperm samples imported to the clinic will incur an administrative fee for the import process.
Requirements for donor sperm to be used for
treatment:
• All samples must be UK compliant (also referred to as ID disclosure)
• All samples must be graded suitable for IUI
• Samples should be unwashed

Payment terms: treatment charges are due by 1st scan and all other charges are payable upon presentation
