Egg donation involves a dual—staged treatment protocol implementation. The couple selects the egg donor from the egg donor’s database. Following the initial consultation and matching with the oocyte donor, the treatment protocol is finalized by a fertility Pro. If the intended mother would like to try IVF—ICSI with own oocytes, the triple—staged treatment protocol is ‘issued.’
If the couple has chosen the Egg donation without tandem oocyte donation cycle, the intended mother undergoes diagnostic screening and testing and endometrium preparation. The egg donor undergoes controlled ovarian stimulation and egg retrieval. The dual—staged treatment protocol involves selection of the egg donor from the egg donors’ database, matching with an egg donor, intended mother’s and intended father’s diagnostic screening and testing, egg donor’s diagnostic screening and testing, controlled ovarian stimulation of the egg donor, endometrium preparation of the intended mother, ultrasound—guided egg retrieval from the egg donor, intended father’s sperm preparation for ICSI, ICSI fertilization, embryo culturing, embryo selection, embryo transfer in the intended mother’s uterus, blood pregnancy test, urine pregnancy test, and early ultrasound to confirm the embryonic heartbeat. The basic fee covers egg donor’s fee, IVF—ICSI embryo “generation” fee, and embryo transfer fee.
Egg donation (IVF—ICSI with Egg Donation) cycle’s stages:
●intended mother’s and intended father’s diagnostic screening and testing;
●intended mother’s and intended father’s blood tests;
●egg donor’s diagnostic screening and testing, blood tests;
