Time–framing your journey from dream to the first heartbeat 

IVF cycles with fresh embryo transfer timeline. Your journey to fresh embryo transfer is approximately 21 days.

If PGS or PGD Monogenic Testing is required, the total timeline may extend an additional 25 days, or Patient may consider going back home, conducting remote preparation for Transfer, and returning to Mexico for Transfer Date. In this case, the total timeline you should be present in Ingenes Assisted Reproduction and Genetics Institute would be estimated at 16–17 days and Patient returns for Transfer for an additional 3 days.

Conventional Multi IVF Cycles

These programs include as many cycles of Patient choice, Own or Egg Donor, Ovarian Stimulation Cycles leading to an Egg Retrieval, Embryo Development, and Fresh or Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)*. All our programs include one Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)* for each Fresh Embryo Transfer. This FET* must be performed immediately after the Fresh IVF Cycle, using the remaining qualified embryos from the previous Fresh Cycle. Before initiating the next treatment, Patient/Ingenes MD** must decide if this will be a Fresh or FET*. In the event Fresh is chosen, Patient/Ingenes MD** must decide one of the following:

1. If Frozen Embryos from prior cycle should also be evaluated, with embryos from the new Fresh Cycle for Transfer.

2. If Frozen Embryos from prior cycle should be discarded.

3. If Frozen Embryos from the prior cycle are eligible for donation to the Ingenes Bank.

Unused Frozen Embryos from previous Fresh Cycle are not eligible for banking. They must be either used, discarded or donated. At the end of the last Fresh or FET* cycle, if there are still remaining frozen qualified embryos, Patient may decide to store them and will pay an annual maintenance fee (according to price lists).

Patient Cancellation or Early Termination

The Patient may cancel or early terminate treatment, and Patient will receive reimbursement of their paid program, discounting a 15% administrative fee under the following terms and conditions:

Any time, before the Egg Retrieval Procedure is conducted. Once the Egg Retrieval Procedure is conducted, Ingenes is not obligated to reimburse Patient.

The Patient will not receive reimbursement if:

1. The female partner is a smoker. We will accept a smoker if she quits at least 30 days before starting medications. This shall be documented with urine tests.

2. If Patient is consuming alcohol, drugs, or medication or any other medication that has not been prescribed by Ingenes MD**, that could jeopardize the cycle and was never informed to the Ingenes MD**.

3. If Patient engages or performs activities such as travel, sports, risky physical activity, extreme sports or any related such activity that could jeopardize the cycle, without Ingenes MD** authorization in writing. Authorizations from the third party or other MD** will not be valid.

4. If Patient does not follow Ingenes MD** instructions.

“Shared Risk Money Back Guarantee” Programs

General Terms and Conditions

Patients selecting this program may attempt three or four IVF Own or Egg Donor, Ovarian stimulation Cycles leading to an Egg Retrieval, Embryo Development, and Fresh or Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)*.

All our programs include one Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)* for each Fresh Embryo Transfer. This FET* must be performed immediately after the Fresh IVF Cycle, using the remaining qualified embryos from the previous Fresh Cycle. Before initiating the next treatment, Patient/Ingenes MD** must decide if this will be a Fresh or FET*. In the event Fresh is chosen, Patient/Ingenes MD** must decide one of the following:

1. If Frozen Embryos from prior cycle should also be evaluated, along with embryos from the new Fresh Cycle for transfer.

2. If Frozen Embryos from prior cycle should be discarded.

3. If Frozen Embryos from the prior cycle are eligible for donation to the Ingenes Bank.

Unused frozen embryos from immediate previous Fresh Cycle are not eligible for banking. They must be either used, discarded or donated. At the end of the last Fresh or FET* cycle, if there are still remaining frozen qualified embryos, Patient may decide to store them and will pay an annual maintenance fee (according to price lists).

Under the “Shared Risk— Money Back Guarantee” Programs, Patient will not receive a refund if:

1. The Patient has a live baby (at least one baby) and up to 72 hours after giving birth. There will be no refund for any “unused” cycle(s).

2. The female partner is a smoker. We will accept a smoker if she quits at least 30 days before starting medications. This shall be documented with urine tests.

3. If Patient is consuming alcohol, drugs, or medication or any other medication that has not been prescribed by Ingenes MD**, that could jeopardize the cycle and was never informed to the Ingenes MD**.

4. If Patient engages or performs activities such as travel, sports, risky physical activity, extreme sports or any related such activity that could jeopardize the cycle, without Ingenes MD** authorization in writing. Authorizations from the third party or other MD** will not be valid.

5. If Patient does not follow Ingenes MD** instructions.

Under the “Shared RiskMoney Back Guarantee” Programs, Patient will receive a refund if:

1. In the event all attempts are unsuccessful, and there are no frozen qualified embryos available, Ingenes will refund the percentage of the fee, based on the program that Patient has selected.

2. The amount of refund is calculated as the percentage of the amount paid by Patient for the three or four Multicycle Program under the “Shared Risk — Money Back Guarantee” Programs.

3. No refund is applicable on any amounts paid by Patient of the “not included” items associated with treatment (i.e. medication, additional techniques, concierge/travel expenses, etc.).

4. No additional administrative fee will be charged.

Patient 40+ years old must give her consent to the EGG DONOR PROGRAMME to be eligible for the “Shared Risk Program — Money Back Guarantee”. If Patient wishes to attempt the first cycle with OWN EGGS, she may do so with Ingenes MD** authorization, however, Ingenes will not refund the difference in the pricing of the programs.

Ingenes will reserve the right to approve or deny entry into our “Shared Risk — Money Back Guarantee” Program on a case by case basis.

Patient Cancellation or Early Termination

General Terms and Conditions

Only the Ingenes Egg Donor Programs include the Egg Donor from the Ingenes Egg Donor Bank or Egg Donor brought by Patient.

In the event Patient decides to begin the Own Egg Program, and later decides to switch to the Egg Donor Program, Patient will pay, in addition, the fee for Egg Donation from our Ingenes Bank, per cycle, as indicated in the current Ingenes Price List. Medication is not included. If the Patient does not use Egg Donation from our Ingenes Bank, and Egg Donor is brought by Patient, Bloodwork and Testing of Donor as required by Ingenes MD**, nor any medication is included. Thereafter, treatment and next attempts will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the Egg Donor Program.

Bloodwork and Testing of Egg Donor brought by Patient are not included.

Medication for Patient is not included.

Medication under the Egg Donor Program, for Patient or Egg Donor, brought by Patient is not included.

In the event Patient initiates in the Egg Donor Program and wishes to attempt the first cycle with Own Eggs, she may do so with Ingenes MD** authorization, however, Ingenes will not refund the difference in the pricing of the programs.

Patient 40+ years old must give Ingenes her consent to the Egg Donor Program to be eligible for the “Shared Risk Program–Money Back Guarantee”. If Patient wishes to attempt the first cycle with Own Eggs, she may do so with Ingenes MD** authorization, however, Ingenes will not refund the difference in the pricing of the programs.
