IVF with ICSI United Kingdom

Basic IVF with ICSI package in Harley Street Fertility Clinic costs 7410 GBP. This fee covers initial consultation (£200), IVF Package (£3850), medications* (approximately £1,260), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI — £1,300) and blastocyst culture* (embryo culture past day 3) — £550.

The additional screening tests or/and treatment options can be recommended and added to the basic IVF with ICSI package (endometrial scratch & saline hysterogram, elective sedation, cervical smear, Thalassaemia screen, Sickle cell test, Zika antibodies, freezing of embryos by vitrification (excludes storage), cryogenic storage, laser–assisted hatching, EmbryoGlue®, Time–lapse microscopy).

Approximate cost of IVF bundle with ICSI includes the following:

Pre–treatment consultation fees: 

Follow up consultation (20 minutes) — £120 or 150

Follow up consultation (40 minutes) — £160 or 200

Screening tests fees: 

Female screening tests (P10: female screen) — Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, FBC, Hep B sAg, Hep B core, Hep C, HIV, Rubella — £150

Male screening tests (P11: male screen) — Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, Hep B sAg, Hep B core, Hep C, HIV — £100

All patients intending to undergo treatment need to undergo screening tests within 3 months of their first treatment cycle and 1 year of subsequent cycles for both the male and female partner. Female patients must also have had a cervical smear within the last 3 years.

IVF cycle basic package cost is £3,850. This fee covers the following: 

— Nurses consultation to complete consent forms & teach injections;

— Monitoring ultrasound scans and blood tests during treatment;

— HFEA fees;

— Ultrasound–guided egg collection & sedation for egg collection;

— Sperm preparation and fertilization of eggs;

— Embryo culture to day 3, Ultrasound–guided embryo transfer;

— Acupuncture (elective, 1 session), Fertility support (elective, 2 sessions);

— Progesterone test, pregnancy test & 7–week pregnancy scan;

— Review consultation in the event of a negative outcome.

This fee does not cover medications and medications and blastocyst culture. Medications plus intracytoplasmic sperm injection plus blastocyst culture approximate cost is £3110.

Cycle cancellation fees:

Abandoned cycles: cycles abandoned prior to egg collection will be billed for monitoring scans and blood tests plus a £100 cycle cancellation fee; at egg collection, if there are no eggs or fertilization fails, or no embryo transfer (ET) takes place, we regret no refund can be issued. Deferred ET cycles abandoned after egg collection will be recharged as a fresh ET cycle and no further refund will be issued.
