IVF with PGD bundles involve implementation of the dual–strategy: the first stage starts from pre–treatment consultations, pre–treatment screening tests, controlled ovarian stimulation, oocyte retrieval, ICSI fertilization, and embryo culture.

The second stage involves the PGD screening of every embryonic chromosomal profile, identifying abnormalities in chromosomes, and designing the Profile for every screened embryo. After the chromosomal contents’ authentication is completed, the results are discussed, and the top–quality embryo is chosen for the further embryo transfer. The embryo transfer bundles are charged separately as there are fresh embryo transfer bundles and frozen embryo transfer bundles. The embryo transfer bundle’s fee is 1800 USD = 55,000 THB.

PLUS, the second stage of IVF protocol implementation can involve additional techniques and options, ideally synchronized with the basic OPU bundle.

IVF or “in vitro fertilization” (取卵套餐) bundle costs 4500 USD or 130,000 THB. The IVF package (OPU package or, oocyte pick–up and ICSI package) includes pre–treatment consultations, consultations with fertility expert(s) during IVF cycle, all required blood tests, nursing support, ultrasound monitoring scans, anesthesia for oocyte retrieval procedure, oocyte retrieval procedure (oocyte pick—up), fertilization of the oocytes with ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection) technique and embryo culturing in IVF laboratory. *The embryo transfer bundle is charged separately.

This fee covers the following:

— Personalized Customer Service Support (个性化客户服务支持);

— All required Blood Tests (hormone, infectious, other) (全部所需血检（荷尔蒙性激素，传染疾病及其他);

— Insemination (fertilization with ICSI technique) & Embryo Culture (单精子受精及胚胎培养).

*Basic OPU bundle can be also synchronized with PGD (preimplantation genetic diagnosis) embryonic chromosomal content’s screening. PGD bundle is ideal for identifying chromosomal abnormalities and excluding the embryos with abnormal chromosomal content from the embryonic cohort that is perfect for further fresh or frozen embryo transfer procedure. PGD 5 probe FISH (13, 18, 21, X & Y) package costs 3400 USD = 90,000 THB.

This fee covers PGD screening of 8 embryos. *Fee per additional embryo (额外胚胎单价) is 400 USD or 12,000 THB.

**The basic OPU package fee does not cover fresh embryo transfer or frozen embryo transfer procedure.

***The IVF bundle with embryo transfer procedure (fresh embryo transfer or frozen embryo transfer) full cost is 6300 USD or 185000 TBH.

Fresh embryo transfer (新鲜胚胎植入) bundle costs 1300 USD or 35,000 THB. This fee covers the embryo transfer procedure (胚胎植入) and medications post embryo transfer up to pregnancy test (胚胎植入后至孕检期间使用的药).

Frozen embryo transfer bundle or FET Package (冷冻胚胎植入套餐) costs 1800 USD or 55,000 THB. This fee covers the following:

— Personalized Customer Service Support (个性化客户服务支持);

— Doctor Consultation (医生咨询);

— Nursing support (护理支持);

— All required Blood Tests (hormone, infectious, other) (全部所需血检（荷尔蒙性激素，传染性及其他);

****There is one more bundle that can be synchronized with IVF cycle — EMBRYO & OOCYTE FREEZING Package (胚胎及卵子冷冻套餐). 10 embryo/oocyte package (includes also the 1st year of storage) (个胚胎/卵子套餐（含第一年冷藏费用) costs 1000 USD or 30,000 THB.

*If the embryonic cohort is more than 10 (or if there are more than 10 oocytes), it is possible to freeze them also and the fee for every additional embryo/oocyte (per embryo) will be 120 USD or 4,000 THB. Annual storage fee per oocyte/embryo (一个卵子/胚胎冷藏费用 (一年) is 80 USD or 2,500 THB.
