●Classic IVF–PICSI Bundle using the Donor’s Oocytes and the Donor’s Sperm with 1 fresh ET.

●Pack 2: 1 Ivf/Ivf–PICSI cycle using the donor’s oocytes and the donor’s sperm (1 Egg Donation session with the donor’s compensation for egg donation services + 1 sperm donation session) with 1 fresh ET bundle’s cost starts at 6,100.00 EUR per 1 Ivf–PICSI cycle.

●What is in the Bundle? 

●The same services as for the Ivf with own oocytes and the partner’s sperm but instead of own oocytes, Egg Donation is used.

●Sperm Donor Selection and 1 Sperm Donation session for the Ivf–Duo–Donation (Ivf with Egg Donation and Sperm Donation program). The egg, sperm, and embryo donation in Portugal is non–anonymous.

●Egg Donor Selection for 1 Egg Donation session.

●Personalized matching between the recipient and the Egg Donor. 

●Egg Donor diagnostic screening and testing before Egg Donation.

●Medication for the Egg Donor.

●1 Egg Donation cycle (1 COS cycle for the Egg Donor, 1 Egg Retrieval, and the Donor’s compensation for egg donation services).

●Embryo cultivation (classic cultivation until cleavage stage (Day 3 embryo) or prolonged cultivation until blastocyst stage (Day 5–6).

●1 fresh ET using 1 or 2 embryos: Cleavage–Stage Transfer (Day 3 embryo(s)) or the Blastocyst Transfer (Day 5–6 embryo(s)).

●Beta HCG Test (β–hCG) Blood Pregnancy Test and early ultrasound scan to confirm the viable pregnancy.

●What is not in the Bundle? 

●Diagnostic screening and testing before Ivf.

●Medication for the Recipient.

●Assisting Hatching protocol generation and AH session for the embryos with low hatching potency.

●Vitrification session for the embryos left after fresh ET & 1–year cryostorage. 

●Prolongation of the embryo cryostorage in the cryobank after the 1st year. 

●Extra Beta HCG Test (β–hCG) Blood Pregnancy Test and extra early ultrasound scan(s) to confirm the viable pregnancy.
