Surrogacy with donor’s oocytes and the husband’s sperm bundle is designed for the couples wishing to use their sperm and having no severe issues sperm quality but facing female factor infertility that makes it impossible to retrieve and fertilize the intended mother’s oocytes. The basic fee for this cycle is 47 165 USD only. 

Service fee includes the assistance after the birth of the newborn until the time the couple returns to the home–country, the Notary fee, all fees that involve comprehensive surrogate mother’s health checkup, the medication for the surrogate mother, egg donation fee, oocyte collection (egg retrieval) fee, sperm collection and sperm preparation fee, cryopreservation of sperm + storage of material (sperm) 6 months, one attempt of IVF—ICSI fee, Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGS/PGD) on 24 chromosomes using the NGS method (up to 8 embryos), Embryo vitrification 1 sample (ultrafast freezing), embryo storage during 6 months, sex selection (gender selection) of the embryos, one attempt of embryo transfer, pregnancy tests, an early ultrasound scan to confirm the pregnancy, pregnancy care Program for surrogate mother “Maximum” (After HCG Pregnancy Confirmation), legal support/preparation Notary Documents/Birth Certificate (2 weeks prior to childbirth), organization of labor for a surrogate mother (2 weeks prior to childbirth), payments to a surrogate mother (monthly support payments to a surrogate mother. A cost for the entire period of pregnancy (deposit); apartment rent SM from 12th week (After HCG Pregnancy Confirmation); payment for the services under the contract of surrogate motherhood (payment to SM after birth of the child).

The surrogacy program is available only for officially married heterosexual couples. The couple should take the Marriage Certificate when traveling to Ukraine. ‘Success’ surrogacy package is configurable with the self–cycle surrogacy (surrogacy with own eggs and sperm). Surrogacy with own oocytes and sperm involves the participation of intended mother (she undergoes controlled ovarian stimulation cycle and oocyte retrieval mini–invasive surgery), intended father (his sperm is collected into the semen vials and transferred into the IVF laboratory for further investigation and preparation for ICSI or IMSI fertilization), and the Gestational Carrier (the surrogate mother undergoes the medicated endometrium preparation and embryo transfer). 

Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) that include In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) and transfer of the embryo into the uterus of a gestational surrogate performed by the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) Certified Fertility Specialists in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) at ISO 9001:2015 Certified Health Care Provider “Mother and Child”.

Legal restrictions: Ukrainian law permits the Gestational Surrogacy cycles for heterosexual couples only. According to Ukrainian law, surrogacy cannot be done for single men and single women, for gay couples and lesbian couples.
