Surrogacy with own oocytes and sperm “LOW-COST GUARANTEE” PROGRAM Ukraine

The “LOW-COST GUARANTEE” program covers the following services:

1. Transfer services (airport – head office – clinic – airport).

2. Standard medical testing of intended parents or a man/woman whose genetic matter is intended to be used for cultivation of embryos. Consulting services to be provided by reproductologists, andrologists, gynecologists and, if necessary, other medical experts.

3. Selection of a surrogate mother and, if necessary, an egg donor, their medical testing, as well as comprehensive preparation for the IVF program.

4. Donation of mature oocytes of a genetic mother/oocyte donor, ICSI procedure and cultivation of embryos. All embryos, which are not to be transferred, will be cryopreserved to be used subsequently in those cases where the result of the first transfer is unsuccessful.

5. The IVF process is run untill the pregnancy condition is attained by the surrogate mother.

6. 1st pregnancy test (urine and blood test), following 2 weeks after transfer of an embryo (embryos) into the body of the surrogate mother. If the result of the first test is favorable, the 2nd pregnancy test is conducted (blood and US-scan test to confirm the presence of embryo/embryos in the uterine cavity). 3rd heart-rate test.

7. Comprehensive medical control over the surrogate mother and fetal development in the course of pregnancy.

8. Delivery at the Kharkov Perinatal Center.

9. All-inclusive legal support. Registration of the newborn infant, issuance of the birth certificate. Apostillization, translation and notarization of all essential documents to be submitted to the embassy at the stage of application for a child’s travel document.

10. Pediatric control over infants’ health condition.
