The main advantages of the IVF program ‘Chance’:

●Extensive egg donor database;

●Time– and money–saving — everything is included in the program, so you do not need to spend extra time and money on your trip and accommodation;

●PGD (preimplantation genetic diagnosis) screening protocol can be attached to your ‘core’ IVF protocol and empowered for excluding the embryo with genetic diseases, chromosomal abnormalities, ‘wrong genome configuration’, etc. from the embryonic cohort suitable for further embryo transfer to increase IVF pregnancy rate;

●Gender selection (the technique that makes it possible to divide the male and female embryos and select the embryo of the desired gender for further embryo transfer and gestation);

●You will have a dedicated coordinator assigned to you who will guide you through the entire process of IVF treatment.

THE IVF PROGRAM ‘Chance’ includes:

●Meeting at the airport, transfer to the apartment;

●Check–in the comfortable apartment for the couple;

STAGES OF THE PROGRAM AND VISITS

Online consultation.

●Initial consultation via Skype, email, or phone with our medical coordinator regarding the choice of the most suitable treatment for you.

●Egg donor selection from VittoriaVita database.

First visit:13 days. Empowerment of the pre–cycle diagnostic screening protocol and empowerment of the recipient’s hormonal endometrial prep. protocol.

●Meeting at the airport and accommodation in comfortable apartments.

●Initial consultation with the Fertility Pro — pre–cycle diagnostic screening protocol selection, ‘editing’, and empowerment.

●Laboratory blood tests (serology screening protocol selection, ‘tuning’ (if necessary), and empowerment.

●The husband’s sperm collection, semen analysis, and semen sample(s)’ cryopreservation.

●Choosing the most appropriate IVF protocol for you — preparation of the hormonal endometrial prep. protocol.

●The signing of the contract with VittoriaVita and the medical documents necessary for completing the program.

●Excursions across Kyiv in free time.

Your hormonal endometrial prep. protocol will be implemented in a remote mode. Your VittoriaVita Fertility Pro can coordinate your local Fertility Pro or OBGYN for the management and monitoring of your prep. cycle.

●For increasing the chances of successful embryo implantation after the embryo transfer, you will undergo medicated endometrium preparation for 14 days, starting from the Day 2 of your menstrual cycle. The medication is essential for the better growth of the uterine lining (endometrium).

●On day 12–14 of your menstrual cycle you should have an ultrasound scan for measuring the thickness of the endometrium with your local Fertility Pro or OB–GYN. The ultrasound scan’s results should be sent to VittoriaVita via email.

Dual prep. protocol: controlled ovarian stimulation protocol and endometrium prep. protocol.

●While you are undergoing the endometrial prep. cycle, the egg donor undergoes the controlled ovarian stimulation cycle.

●Consultation with the Fertility Pro, final ‘editing’ of the donor’s medicated COS protocol. Clinical management and monitoring of the ovarian response to the medication the egg donor takes (ultrasound scans and blood tests).

●The donor’s ovaries are stimulated by taking hormones (follicle–stimulating hormone (FSH) and, sometimes, Luteinizing hormone (LH).

Second visit to the Medical Center: 5–8 days. Oocyte retrieval, oocyte collection, and prep. for being used in ICSI–, IMSI– or PICSI–embryo generation, ICSI–, IMSI– or PICSI–embryo generation using the donor’s oocytes and the partner’s sperm, PGD, and Embryo Transfer.

●Ultrasound–guided oocyte retrieval mini–invasive surgery under the anesthesia is performed for the egg donor. Oocyte collection and prep. for being used in ICSI–, IMSI– or PICSI–embryo generation.

●ICSI–, IMSI– or PICSI–embryo generation using the donor’s eggs and the husband’s/partner’s sperm.

●PGD screening protocol is ready to be empowered on Day 3 or Day 5 embryos.

●Prolonged embryo cultivation (developing the blastocysts during 120 hours).

●Selection of the genetically healthy embryos for completing the embryo transfer.

●Embryo transfer.

●Cryopreservation of the remaining embryos for future FET cycles.

●Pregnancy tests.

●Early pregnancy monitoring.

In 14 days after embryo transfer, the woman undergoes an HCG blood test (human chorionic gonadotropin). The high levels of this hormone detected in the blood sample indicate that the pregnancy is in progress. If the result is positive, in one week the ultrasound scan is scheduled and done to confirm the viable pregnancy (embryonic heart activity should be detected).

The pregnancy will be monitored by your local OB/GYN.
