My family is from Ukraine & first I questioned an agency in Ukraine run by an American. After knowing Susan, I could not believe the depth of her understanding of the local mentality. She has had remarkable experience and relationships. Her Russian is very good. It's not just business, she passionately wants to help each people who turns to her. She is amazing because she has a lot of humanity. This is very rare trait in modern world. Delivering Dreams provided services & guarantees with options no one else has. Each part of contract or documentation you can ask lots of questions and you will get deep and complete answers. We were confident that the things that concerned us most were taken care of and would not be a problem and we were right. Everyone really cared about our success very personally. Susan has been nothing less than professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable throughout our entire journey. Although our journey is still yet to be determined, Susan consistently follows-up with relevant questions and information. She also truly wants what is best for you. She will not offer or push solutions that she knows are not in your heart. I strongly urge couples with infertility issues to definitely reach out to Delivering Dreams to learn about options and what might be best for you. You don’t have to know exactly which route is best for you, that is something they can help you figure out. She has been more than a joy to work with and I am excited to continue working with her!

Biotexcom is amazing! I was fighting with infertility for 6 years, underwent 5 IVF cycles, but the successful one was done at Biotexcom. I am so grateful to its doctors and the whole staff. They are really supportive. Biotex service is professional (and affordable)

I entered the egg donation program there. I'm fully satisfied with the service. All Biotex employees are professional and helpful. Our efforts resulted in a pregnancy! It was a pleasure to meet their team.
