2. Professional Standards are outlines of standard practices prepared by each professional association and needed to be accomplished by all professionals, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, medical technologists, radiological technologists, physiotherapists, etc.
3. Ethical means a moral principle upheld by a person for treating clients, coworkers and surrounding people with mercy and honesty.
4. Excellent Services means patients’ satisfaction needed to be achieved over 90 percent while the clients’ complaints must be below 0.16 percent.
