Kaiser Permanente Center for Reproductive Health [Point West Medical Office Building]

With state-of-the-art facilities, The Center for Reproductive Health adheres to the same quality and safety standards you've come to trust at all Kaiser Permanente facilities. We serve people from the San Francisco Bay and Sacramento areas looking for a fertility clinic offering a range of reproductive services.

You do not need to be a member of a Kaiser Permanente health benefit plan in order to take advantage of the services offered at our centers. We offer all services on a fee for service basis and welcome you to call your nearest location to find out about available treatments.

We are particularly proud of the treatment providers at each of our locations. The doctors and staff members on our teams of fertility specialists deliver care in a compassionate setting where patients can feel at ease.

Both centers are conveniently located near major freeways and easily accessible. Ample parking is available on site. For patients requiring lodging, there are numerous hotel services and dining accommodations in proximity to either center. For your IVF needs in the San Francisco and Sacramento areas, you can expect everything you've come to count on from Kaiser Permanente: quality, coordinated care, and peace of mind.

* In order to make the IVF treatment as easy and convenient to you as possible, we have established "satellite" offices in many of our Bay Area facilities, staffed by infertility-fellowship trained and board-certified or eligible physicians. In these satellite offices, most of the preparation and treatment for IVF can be undertaken with minimal disruption to your routines. Once your eggs are ready for collection, your infertility doctor and you will go to Fremont or Sacramento for your egg retrieval and, a few days later, your embryo transfer. In many instances, then, you'll have to go to the IVF Center only twice for the entire treatment cycle.

Many Kaiser Permanente members have coverage for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility, and some members have coverage for in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures if IVF is listed as a covered benefit in the Evidence of Coverage for their Kaiser Permanente health benefit plan. Otherwise, the services described are provided on a fee-for-service basis, separate from and not covered under your health plan benefits. Clinical services are provided by providers or contractors of The Permanente Medical Group, Inc., Kaiser Permanente Foundation Health Plan Inc., and Kaiser Permanente Foundation Hospitals may receive compensation for providing facilities and/or other support in connection with these services.
