On the 27th of September brought my sick mother for a blood test to find out medication gives her an allergic reaction. The staff informed that they need to ask the doctor if they could do this blood test. I waited 40 minutes for an answer and was fed a bunch of lies. I asked how much longer I needed to wait, they said we don't know. I told them I give you my phone number and when they get an answer to give me a call so I can bring my mom back. Waited that whole day and the next day and no one called. Went back to the hospital to find out what's going on, the lady with the glasses acted like dumb as if she didn't know and pretendet to call the doctor.nnThis was my first time at this hospital and it will be my last. Came here for a better service thinking it could be like back home in the US. I was wrong as this service was far worst than anywhere else.nnAlthough the premises where clean, the staff is very unprofessional and lack of communication and knowledge..
