I called to find out, very cordial, they answered me with "wait a second", without a hello... they left me with music for 2 minutes and they cut off my phone... it doesn't give me the courage to continue trying to communicate with them... a shame..

I treated them 3 years ago.\nNever in my life have I been treated as badly as in this place, I was clear from the beginning with the doctor who treated me that my case was not a simple case since I was seeking a judicialized pregnancy. I left all the documentation I had and no one took care of looking at a single piece of paper, accompanying me, or advising me. I started the invitro treatment and the day before taking the eggs they called me to tell me that they could NOT do the entire treatment because my case was complex. I felt manipulated, because my doctor didn't even attend to me, nor did I have a replacement, but it was another that I had never seen or spoken to, but since they were afraid of the legal thing, they wanted to take a shortcut. When I went to talk about what they had done, I felt worse, it seemed like I was a criminal who only wanted to harm the clinic, an indescribable coldness and insensitivity! Everyone threw the ball back and forth and said it was the lawyers' fault. From day 1 I explained my situation to them and no one at the clinic cared.\nI had to go to another clinic to realize how badly I was treated at this place! The only person I rescue from the place is Marcela, the doctor's secretary. The worst thing is that I went because my nephews had been born thanks to them 20 years ago..

I attended Fecunditas from approximately 2001 to 2003. and despite not having been able to fulfill our dream, I can assure you that Dr. Nicolas Neuspiller is the most professional doctor with the best human quality that I have met in my life. Not only did he save my life with an ectopic pregnancy, but he helped and accompanied us in every way possible in all the treatments.\nI also want to highlight Dr. Gismondi, a great professional and person, and remember Dr. Coco who at my worst moment supported me and accompanied me.\nThey will always be in my heart.\nIf I had to choose an Institute again, I would not hesitate to choose FECUNDITAS..
