Demeter Fertility Liverpool

Very dissapointed , lack of care from the Dr esp Dr Bushati. I chose this clinic because of him as he was my OBGyn and when I joined he is busy delivering baby let alone he is not a fertility specialist. During my cycle I never talk to him at all. The patient admin and nurse are nice but they are not FS so they knowledge also limited. Something might gone wrong in the lab on day 3 that all gone on day 3. It is impossible if you are having a high tech clinic , let alone this is private so you paid $10k per cycle.

Very disorganised, unprofessional, rude and grubby practice.nDoctors with feet on tables, eating going on at desks.nThere are bad odours everywhere, how can an embryologist work in these conditions?nConstant confusion over billing, no drug schedules, pharmacy drugs provided are at the top price range. Dont get your prescriptions filled at the clinic sites. Go to compounding chemists and least 5km away from a fertility clinic!nScans incorrectly read and plenty of misjudgements with cycles. incidents with patients having pick ups in rooms mean you could be waiting hours! Late delivery of embryos from one clinic to another. Nurse tells you different dose to take of meds than doctor. altogether a complete debacle..

Went through 2 rounds of egg collection cost me $20,000 & had absolutely no outcome. All I was told was that my eggs had crumbled on day 3.nnI had to phone them to ask how my eggs were going.nnDon't recommend at all! I was dr night for 1 appointment throughout the whole process. Absolutely horrible!

I have completed two IVF cycles with Demeter. I have been treated really poorly by doctors and administration staff throughout both cycles. I will not be returning for any future cycles and I will be looking for another IVF clinic. Nobody really cares about you at Demeter. It's such an emotional & sensitive experience and once they have your money, they really aren't concerned about you. They spend more time looking for TV and Radio opportunities to beef up their business profile than looking after their current patients...... Also please be aware that Dr Knight is a prolific fake reviewer of his own clinic and services..
