Review of GCA Canberra from Edwina
I had an experience in the past with another fertility place in Newy where I had a trauma response from my C section while getting my tubes flushed, I was worried I was going to have the same thing happen when going in for my egg collection in Canberra but the entire female team had the most beautiful energy and connection with each other and made me feel like I was with friends, I had no flash backs or bad feelings. They were all so incredibly caring and kind and something I’ll remember for the rest of my life how clean and kind the energy was in the room as i went to sleep.

This is an organized set up to get as most money from you. There are a lot of hiding charges. They don't stop until your pocket runs dry. I have never been so neglected by an organization as this. They recommend you to a Doc who's job is to even squeeze you more. i bet i had a Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) from the event as i still wake up from my sleep due to this experience. DON"T WASTE YOU TIME & MONEY.

We are so grateful for everything the Genea team and Dr Tween Low did for us that enabled us to have the beautiful family we now have. Everyone who we dealt with, from reception, the team doing blood tests and ultrasounds, the nurses (thank you Buffy!) and embryologists and management were friendly, professional and compassionate. The technology seems to be of such a high standard, information was comprehensive and having cycles tailored to my body and my response to meds rather than generic cycles was what made it all possible for us. The team at Genea never made us feel like a number and we felt like they rode the lows and highs along with us.\nFertility treatment is such an emotional, stressful experience, but I am so glad we did it through Genea and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help.

This is the best clinic that I ever attended in Canberra. Everyone is so amazing, patient, knowledgeable, nice. Literally everyone, from the reception staff at clinic and upstairs, also dr Brims rooms. Nurses, doctors, sonographer, pathology staff, embryologists. They made this whole process so easy. I felt really comfortable every time when I went in for blood tests, ultrasound or procedure. My amazing dr Brims is so positive and she listened to me and my concerns. She is the first person who didn’t dismiss me and she did everything she could to help me. These nurses will call you with your results, always asking if it’s a good time to talk, they will check up on you, you can always call if you have additional questions. 10/10!
