Review of Monash IVF Randwick from kaitlin colla
Had an absolutely amazing experience. Dr Jenny Cook listened to all of my worries and concerns showing empathy and concern. I was booked in for a laparoscopic surgery for my endometriosis. Pre and post op care was amazing, although painful, knowing that I was able to get into contact with Dr Cook and her team made recovery a 10/10 experience.

Review of Monash IVF Randwick from Lauren Swift
Dr Jenny Cook has been my specialist for endometriosis and adenymosis for many years. Jenny has performed 2 x surgeries for resection of endometriosis and many consults with me. I highly recommend Jenny. She is very knowledgeable, professional, caring, understanding and has a lot of empathy for her patients. My most recent treatment with Jenny has left me with a much better quality of life. I can't thank her and her staff enough.

Dr Jenny Cook has the best bedside manner providing me with thorough, compassionate and thoughtful care. I went to Dr Jenny Cook seeking a second opinion on a gynecological issue. From my first point of contact through to my review appointment Jenny and her entire Team expertly cared for me. I felt genuinely listened to, provided solutions and the opportunity to make informed decisions for my medical care. I have never had a better surgical experience or outcome. Every touch point through the hospital journey was genuinely caring and efficient. I even got to listen to my choice of music in the pre op waiting to go in. I 100% recommend Dr Jenny. I encourage every woman needing the right level of support and expert care through any gynchological process should go to Jenny and her team.

They were outstanding in managing the surrogacy which resulted in our son in July 2019. Fertility specialist Dr Bronwyn Devine, nurse Andrea and embryologist Cecilia Wong. We will never forget their care, attentiveness and support through the process. We found the whole team to be professional and also caring. Highly recommended! My experience at Monash was completely overshadowed by the experience with my first fertility specialist, Dr Cook. I specifically chose Dr Cook as she is touted by Monash to be a specialist in endometriosis. I advised her that I believe I have the condition - that I have a family history and suffer sever pelvic pain. However, she dismissed me as I did not answer ‘yes’ to all of her questions. This is not however, what she wrote in her report (a report I never saw).\n\nShe put me through two expensive IVF cycles and treated me like a patient with no known fertility issues. She did not inform me that a detailed ultrasound is available to check for endometriosis or that medication is available to suppress the symptoms. Also, that scientific studies suggest endometriosis above Stage 3 recommend it be excised. It is unacceptable that a doctor is making these decisions on behalf of their patients and not informing them of their options. Both cycles were unsuccessful (4 embryos), and I changed specialist.\n\nThe new specialist, Dr Justin, was amazing. He referred me to have the detailed ultrasound undertaken, which confirmed I had endometriosis. I subsequently had the endometriosis surgically removed, which confirmed my insides were riddled with Stage 4!\n\nI lost months of precious time which at my age (40, now 41) is absolutely critical. I approached management on three occasions to see if anything could be done but nothing was offered. Complete sunk cost of about $16,000 out of pocket, time off work, inconvenience and stress. If I had my time again I would have researched Google Reviews and RateMDs which would have shown my experience with Dr Cook is not an isolated case..

Receptionists are rude one of few example : door is locked from outside when clinic is already opened AM and they just look at you, most mornings another patient that will come and open the door..
