I am incredibly grateful to the entire team at Newlife IVF for their exceptional care and support throughout my IVF journey. From the very beginning, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely compassionate, making a very emotional and challenging process feel manageable and hopeful.\n\nThe egg retrieval and embryo transfer procedures were handled with utmost precision and care. The medical team, led by Dr. Hugo Fernandes took the time to explain every step clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed at all times. The egg retrieval was done by Dr. Amber Kennedy while the embryo transfer was conducted by Dr. Sameer Jatkar. I always felt like more than just a patient — I felt truly cared for.\n\nThroughout my IVF journey with Newlife IVF, I was cared for by multiple fertility nurses who were quite responsive via phone or email and were always available to address my concerns or answer questions I had throughout this journey. Thanks to the entire team’s expertise and dedication, my embryo transfer was successful, and we just had our healthy baby girl in May ‘25 — which was once a distant dream. The transparency, care, communication, organisation, knowledge and ease of Newlife IVF are second to none. I moved from another fertility clinic to Newlife and they excelled in every single area. I utilised them from another state, which you would think would add some logistical headaches, but it didn't, it all ran like clockwork. I only travelled to Melbourne for procedures (egg collection and transfers) - everything else was managed over the phone and/or email.\n\nIt's not often you get top service from every single person you deal with in a business, but I did with Newlife and I'm so grateful for them! I would (and have) recommended them to many people already.

After going through 9 years of Infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss and feeling let down with bulk billing clinics my husband and I were at a loss. After doing lots of research into different specialists, that specialised in my numerous health conditions, we came across Newlife IVF and in particular Dr Chris Russell. From our first appointment we were made to feel welcome, heard, comfortable and validated. All the staff at Newlife went above and beyond with our cycles and every interaction was pleasant and really helpful. In particular Dr Russell made himself available when we had questions or needed more clarification on something. We are now 12w6d with our miracle baby and couldn't be more grateful and thankful to Dr Russell for making this dream a reality. We will be forever grateful to Dr Russell and everyone at Newlife IVF..
